(b) Cleaning or RCC surface to remove dust, loose particle etc with compressed air or any other particles or any other suitable techniques on site conditions etc.(c) M&L for a glass fiber reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system with base coat @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm glass fiber reinforcement and top coat with Sika Top® Seal-107 @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm or equivalent of Fosroc or MC Bauchemie India Pvt Ltd.(d) M&L for protection plaster 15mm thick on cement mortar 1:3 admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound with as specified.(e) M&L for providing 25mm dia GI pipe spout projecting at least 150mm beyond outer face of wall.(f) M&L for sunken portion filled with 40 mm graded brick bats and finished with 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 all as specified and directed.(g) The area of Each WC portion is n.exc 2.00 Sqm each.(h) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.Note : The work will be executed by authorised manufacturers/applicator.

(e) M&L for providing test with filling of water over roof slab continuously for 48 hours all as specified and directed. (f) M&L for providing template of size 450 x 450 mm to each bldg where roof treatment is carried out with marking CA No, date of roof treatment, expiry date, etc all as specified and directed.
