Providing masonry work using concrete block of standard size of 30cm x 20cm x 15cm / 30cm x 20cm x 10cm in compound wall in cement mortar 1:5 (1 Cement: 5 coarse sand) including raking out joints, finishing to proper lines & levels, chipping the existing surface for necessary bonding, curing etc. Details as per Sl No 2 in BOQ

Repair of external cracks of more than 1mm width at surface of masonry compound wall using acrylic latex caulk crack filling compound. Details as per Sl No 3 in BOQ

Providing 12mm cement plaster of mix 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) for fair faces using good quality M-sand, one coat floated hard and towelled smooth, finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement grout and curing etc. Details as per Sl No 4 in BOQ

Providing and laying RCC M20 grade mix for damaged RCC structural elements in compound wall after dismantling of damaged portion etc.Details as per Sl No 5 in BOQ

Supply & painting compound wall as directed by Engineer in charge, prepared & applied as per manufacturer’s recommendation with one coat of water based primer and two coats of water based finish paint, premium grade acrylic emulsion after proper surface preparation which includes removing of any loose old paint layer, dirt, grease etc. Details as per Sl No 6 in BOQ

Supply and painting on all Y type fencing post, angles and all other parts need to be painted at site to suit. Details as per Sl No 7 in BOQ

Providing, supplying and fixing of 8 horizontal rows of barbed wire fencing using Galvanised Steel Barbed Wire 12 gauge (2.5mm thick), stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer.Details as per Sl No 7 in BOQ
