Excavation in earthwork in hilly areas in all heights and depths, in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution, etc. and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiselling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation, including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber, super-elevation and levels as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, in conformity with the requirement of technical specification clause 1603.1 and 1603.2 to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of material useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner,up to all leads & lift and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in charge for smooth riding. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The recovery of 185.53 cubic metre @ Rs. 300.00 per cubic meter amounting to Rs. 55659.00 only shall be done on prorata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected.

Providing and fixing of typical NABARD informatory sign board with Logo as per M.O.R.D. specification and drawing . Three MS plates of 1.6 mm ( one point six millimeter) thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm ( twenty five millimeters into five millimeters) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (twenty five millimeter into twenty five millimetre into five millimeter). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. ( Two Nos.) 75mmx75mm (seventy five millimeter into seventy five millimeters) of 12 SWG ( twelve standard wire gauge) sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 ( M fifteen) grade blocks of 450mmx450mmx600mm ( four hundred fifty millimeters into four hundred fifty millimeters into six hundred millimeters), 600mm ( six hundred millimeters) below ground level. Providing and laying 50mm (fifty) millimeter thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the rquirements give in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated finegrained hard stone chipping of 13.2mm (thirteen point two) millimetre nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cubic metre per 10 (ten) square metre and at an approximate spacing of 10 (ten) centimetre center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 100 C, protruding 1 (one) millimetre to 4 (four) millimetre over mastic surface, all complete as per cluase 515 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .
Construction of precast RCC railing of M-30 grade, aggregate size not exceeding 12 mm (twelve) millimetre true to line and grade, tolurance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 (one) in 500 (five zero zero) center to center spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000mm (two thousand) millimetre leaving adequate space between vertical post for expension, complete as per approbed drawing and technical specifications Clause 1404.3 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .
Providing and fixing drainage spouts complete with 100mm (One hundred milimetres) dia galvanised mild steel down pipe corrosion resistant structural steel grating complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications Clause 1404.5 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .
Providing and laying of a strip seal expension joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70mm (seventy) millimetre complete as per drawing and standred specification to be installed by the manufacture / supplier or their authorized representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturers instructio for installation and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRTH technical specification Clause 2607.
Providing and fixing in position 20mm (twenty) millimetre thick premoulded joint filler in expension joint for fixed ends of simply supported spans not exceeding 10m (ten) millimetre to cater for a horizontal movement up to 20mm (twenty) millimetre covered with sealent complete as per drawing and technical specification, clause 2604 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .
Routine maintenance after completion of construction work including hauling/ carriage of all labour, equipment and materials to various locations of site through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
