Dismantling of brick or brick tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar on roof including cleaning for refixing etc complete

Dismantling of roof, floors, (other than groung floors) staircase, landing chajja and similar suspended work of any thickness or description etc complete all as specified.

M & L for providing PCC 1:3:6 type-C 1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggrigate ) padding over slab as levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with polymer based water proofing compound when levelling coarse is still green etc complete all as specified.

M & L cutting out creck in V section in existing roof, chajjas or similar work up to 40 mm deep and cleaning the same with water jet to get rid of any loose material and wetting , grouting with cmenet & sand mortar 1:3 mixed withliquid WPC all as directed.

M & L for applying Smart Care Damp proof Ultra fibre reinforced elastometric liquid applied water proofing membrane as in roof treatment @ 1 Litre per 10 sqft inclusive of all three coats as per following application process :- (a) Prepare the surface by cleaning with high pressure water jet/wire brushes to ensure that it is free of dust, oil, grease, grime and loose particles. (b) Damaged portion if any to be repaired before application of roof treatment as per manufacturer's instruction. (c) Applying self priming coat of Smart Care Damp proof Ultra duly diluted with water in 3:1 ratio by volume.Allow the primed surface to dry for at least 3-4 hours prior to application of subsequent coat. (d) Applying 2 perpendicular coats of Smart Care Damp proof Ultra without any dilution to achieve a forced system coverage.Allow it to dry for at least 4-6 hours between two coats . NOTE: WORK SHALL BE CARRIED OUT BY THE AUTHORISED APPLICATORS OF THE MANUFACTURER IN CLOSE SUPERVISION OF EXECUTVE STAFF UPTO ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE LEVEL. Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.complete all as specified and directed .

S&F tubular steel trusses including special shape washers etc. including for columns complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS -1239 -1997 GRADE ST-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M & L for PCC(1:3:6) using 40 mm graded aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass cocrete etc complete all as specified..

M & L for preparation of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coast of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall & ceiling boards (fibre, insulation etc ) or insulation boards, slabs, blankets any thick ness including cover fillets etc complete all as specified.

M&L in repair for providing E-boards, ceiling, 4 mm thick with J framed work with main Tee of size 24 x 28.5 mm made out of PGI sheet .3 mm thick double at web and single at flange, flange coverd with powder coated sheet 0.25 mm thick and wall angle 24 x 24 x .45 mm powder coated for ceiling ,prepainted ceiling boards 60cm x 60cm x 4mm thick , suspended with GI wire 2mm dia and 2m average length with adjustable hanging device complete including plugging in brick/stone walls with steel rawl plug @ 600 mm C/C Ceiling board shall be pressed to the ceiling tee with staple clips at all four sides incl making good all the disturbed portion complete all as spd & directed by AGE(I)/Eng-in-Charge.

S & F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick single side prelam wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing etc complete all as specified.

S & F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing etc complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area, complete all as specified. Note :- Work will be carried out upto 3rd storey of bldgs also as per pirection of Engr-in-charge including necessary formwok and scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls, in cement mortar 1:4 , rendering is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement (up to 3rd storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Rendering cement plaster, 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered/ concrete surfaces of walls to achieve smooth and even surface and applying two coats of cement based paint over and including one coat of primer (up to 3rd storey with necessary/scaffolding) complete all as specified and asdirected by Engr-in-charge.

Material ad labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of oil bound distemper over two coat of wall care putty of 1 to 2 mm thick and one coat of primer complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc and removing unserviceable material from the work site ouside defence premises complete all as specified.

M&L Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge
