PILE FOUNDATION

M&L for Granular Sub base, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required all as per specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Suitable water draining method should be adopted while carrying out foundation works due to water table is appx 0.70m below GL.

S&F RCC Hume pipe septic tank for 10 users designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, vent shaft, connection etc complete all as shown in Drg no. TD/A/157 sheet no. 1/1 and as directed.

S&F Soakage pit of 10 User Size 2.7mtr and 3.10mtr depth as shown on drg No.TD/A/161 sht No.1/1. complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

S&F SS enclosure for MCCB 160 Amp complete all as specified and as directed. Make L&T cat CM91003OOOO of equivalent manufacturer listed in list of manufacturers.

S&F MCCB 4 pole, 415 Volt fixed type 160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed. Make Havells Cat part No IHA13EB40160 or equivalent make in PS.

M&L for modification of existing LT panel for accomodating the MCCB including welding, cutting, painting of the existing panel for new connection all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing road/hardstand/concrete blocks/slabs/brick work or stone masonry of any type by using crow bar chisel up to a depth of 30 cm for laying Gl pipe including making good the surface by returning filling watering ramming in layers cold mix bitumen over 200 mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones over returning filling watering ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

AIR CONDITIONING

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of split air conditioning unit 1.5 TR capacity (Inverter type) with HD filter complete with cordless remote control, 5 star labelled, latest model energy efficent model eco friendly, 4500 Kcal/Hr, 50 Hz, 240 volts, air cooled condenser with 100% copper & Goldfin coating and 100% copper cooling coil with ocean black protection complete all accessories varied speed including fixing the out door unit with suitable stand as per site requirement and fixing of room (high wall) unit on wall with necessary wall cutting/supports/making holes to pass the refrigerant pipes(by using core cutting machine) drain pipes to reach nearest drain, cables etc and making good to match with existing finishing complete, providing and making interconnection, including refrigerant pipes with nitrile rubber insulation and control cable from indoor to outdoor upto a distance as per site requirement, as per site requirement and first charging of refrigerant gas including cordless remote, connection drain lines from unit to nearest drain points complete all as specified. Make: Daiken/Hitachi/LG/Blue star Note: (i) All outdoor units must be installed/ placed in service friendly location /as per the direction of Engr-in-charge. The bidder must visit the site before bidding to ensure feasibility of location to ensure requirement of refrigerant pipes/electrical fittings (ii) The bidder should install the AC by the auth rep of OEM and provide test ceetificate. (iii) The ACs should have warranty for 10 years on compressor, 05 yrs warranty onPCBs, and 01 year comprehenssive warranty. In this condition the contractor has to submit the warranty certificate by the OEM before claiming the RAR. (iv) Extra copper pipe if required (from indoor to outdoor unit) is included in the unit rate.

Supply and fix 4 KVA capacity Voltage stabilizer, copper wounded suitable for 1.5 TR inverter type split AC, automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 130 V to 300 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 volts per second, fixed on wall with necessary arrangements complete all as specified.
