Repair works at Vighbal-II Lift Irrigation scheme of MISD Sopore.

100 KVA Substation of Vighbal-II LIS a. Isolation the transformer from HT side by means of dropping the link set, discharging the HT cable, disconnecting the LT cable from bush rods lowering of transformer from bed, loading in private vehicle carrying up to workshop unloading it for necessary repairs at workshop. The job includes carriage of transformer to the site after carrying necessary repairs and testing on full load.[01 job] b. Opening the lid of transformer and draining the carbonized T-Oil discarding the LT/HT connections from LT/HT rods, taking out the assembly of tank. The job includes dismantling of core assembly and coils as well checking the damages. .[01 job] c. Providing & fitting of 12 NO. fresh HT coils in appropriate size of aluminium wire as per sample in full. The job includes providing & fitting of insulating material like HT paper, lathered, cotton tape, sleeves, varnishing of the coil and heating in the heating chamber each coil weighs 4 Kg d. Providing & fitting of insulation material such as separators, core sheets, card boards Bakelite tubes sleeves nuts and bolts connecting bars etc.[01job] e. P/F of the transformer fresh T-Oil of specific grade[120litre] f. Old scrap involved shall be the property of Contactor and cost amount for the job shall be allotted after deduction.
