LT Panel

Supply, Installation,Testing and commissioning of Metering panel (CT Type), including the supply & installation of 4 nos of Current Transformer (class 0.5s) and TOD meter,Indoor type made of 16 SWG CRCA Sheet powder coated finishing, panel wall/floor mounting with 630A MCCB (Microprocessor type) as Incomer. Cable chamber for termination of incomer and outgoing cables shall be provided. The CTs and energy meter shall be tested from KSEB/Electrical inspectorate and certificate shall be submitted.

Supply, Installation,Testingand commissioning of TOD Metering panel with supply & installation of 4 nos of Current Transformer (class 0.5s) and TOD meter , indoor type with 320/400A SFU inside enclosure - R,Y,B & ON/OFFindication for incoming and outgoing made of 16 SWG CRCA Sheet powder coated finishing, panel wall/floor mounting .Cable chamber for termination of incomer and outgoing cables shall be provided. The CTs and energy meter shall be tested from KSEB/Electrical inspectorate and certificate shall be submitted.

Supply, Installation,Testingand commissioning of 250 A MCCB (microporcessor type) along with enclosure including R,Y,B & ON/OFF indication for incoming and outgoing ,outdoor type made of 16 SWG CRCA Sheet powder coated finishing, panel wall/floor mounting . Cable chamber for termination of incomer and outgoing cables shall be provided.

Supply, Installation,Testing and commissioning of 320/400A MCCB (microprocessor type) along with enclosure including R,Y,B & ON/OFF indication for incoming and outgoing, outdoor type made of 16 SWG CRCA Sheet powder coated finishing, panel wall/floor mounting. Cable chamber for termination of incomer and outgoing cables shall be provided.

Supply, Installation,Testing and commissioning of LT Panel Outdoor type made of 16 swg CRCA Sheet powder coated by using suitable Aluminium busbar arrangement for RYBN and earth bar. Providing R,Y,B & ON/OFF indications in Incomer side and ON /OFF indication in outgoing side with following items. 1. Incomer 630A MCCB (microprocessor type)-1no. 2.Outgoing 250A MCCB (microprocessor type) -3 Nos. All GI(galvanised Iron) supports for installation of panel and cable termination, etc.. shall be included.

Supply & Installation of new 320/400A MCCB with Rotory handle in existing spare chamber of Main Distribution Panel at substation(Concourse Area). Incomer for 320/400A MCCB shall be taken from the main Bus Bar of exisiting panel by using suitable copper bus bar or by copper cable including necessary provision for taking outgoing cable termination, relay, contactors, comtrol cables, etc... with all accessories.

Supply, laying,Testing & Commissioning of 3.5 C*400 Sq.mm FRLS AYFY Cable through cable tray/trench/open excavation/etc.. With all required accessories.

Supply of double compression cable gland, lug etc . & end termination of 3.5C *185 Sq.mm AYFY Cable with all required accessories.

Supply of double compression cable gland, lug etc . & end termination of 3.5C *240 Sq.mm AYFY Cable with all required accessories.

Supply of double compression cable gland, lug etc . & end termination of 3.5C *400 Sq.mm AYFY Cable with all required accessories.

EARTHING

Supply and laying 1C *70 Sq.mm single core copper cable on existing cable tray/ wall surface/trunch including necessary clamps including termination at both end for body earthing of panels.

PIipe Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe, 3 m depth filled with earthing compound , including watering pipe, funnel etc covered with chamber as per IS 3043 including all accessories.

CABLE TRAY

Supply and Installation of 150 mm perforated tray with all accessories like 12mm threaded rod, support GI angle, etc…
