Taking down carefully street light fittings any type including accessories from 8.5/9 mtr pole, 12 to 18 mtr high mast pole and top of building or other similar situation and keep in safe custody for reuse of serviceable fittings, complete all as directed.

Supply, fix and testing of LED street light 35 Watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs as lighting source and secondary lenses embeded PC cover with IP66 protection suitable for pole/bracket dia 43mm (max) including fabrication of pipe bracket where ever required complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 here-in before but LED street light 60 Watt, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 here-in before but LED street light 90 Watt, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix and testing of LED flood light 70/80 Watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs as lighting source and secondary lenses with IP66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing street light fitting of any type/ wattage in existing position or new location including connection and testing, complete all as specified and directed.(Serviceable fittings obtained from taking down here in before shall be resued)

S&F cable junction box weather proof for outdoor installation loop connection of street light cable, size 155x210x92mm with 5 pole terminals fixed on steel/PCC pole with suitable two FI clamp 25x4mm and nut bolts painted with aluminium paint, provision for cable entry and exit and making holes on steel pole where required including dismantling of existing unserviceable box complete all as specified and directed.Make:HENSEL of No.DK 1616G or equivalent of Make Schneider/Rittel

M&L for street light bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 40mm, 1.2 mtr length bent to shape by cutting, welding and well finishing including MS FI 40x6mm clamp of suitable length 2 pair, complete with drilling holes fix with nut bolts and washer, painting with two coats of aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide primer and dismantling of old unserviceable bracket, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of PVC insulated and sheathed stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm, 3 core round cable for street light connection from light fitting to terminal box with fixing arrangement, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unsv cable of 10 Sqmm 2 core with GI pipe protection and bricks protection including separeting serviciable cable/bricks for reuse and set aside and removing unsrviceable materials from work site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and connecting 10 sqmm 2 core XLPE cable, insulated galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor, testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:Earth work,GI pipe protection, brick protection shall be measured and paid separately)

Laying only LT cable of 10 Sqmm 2 core, including connecting with accessories such as Alluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc including testing complete as specified and as directed. Note: Servicable LT cable obtained from item No.13 here-in-before shall be reused .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including, spreading, levilling,watering and well ramming in layers not exe 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distence not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for Sand cushioning to under ground cable providing with a layer 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable. Complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR 2009 Part-I ( Specifications) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of old size bricks for protaction of UG cable with width equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection laid dry and flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only old bricks obtained from taking down of UG cable of good condition after the cleaning complete all as per specified and as directed. Note: Servicable Bricks obtained from item No.13 here-in-before shall be reused.

Supply and fix GI Tubing light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches, or fixed along with walls/poles including brackets, nuts and bolts etc. bore of pipe 40 mm as in cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for horizontal boring across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting 40 mm bore GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ).

Supply and fix in repair analog time switch two module operated on 110-240 Volts, AC, 50Hz, Din rail mounting single channel, complete all as specified and directed.Make: L&T, model No ML 2 Cat No:AUTS01ANA00 or equivalent model of Make Legrand/Indoasian.

Supply and fix in repair power contactor 3 pole, 32 Amps cap panel mounting with entry terminals, complete all as specified and directed.Make: L&T, model No ML 2 Cat No:SS90701 or equivalent model of Make Legrand/Indoasian.

Supply and fix 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 10 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 16 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.
