Installation of 33 KV Inddor type, SCADA Compatible Control & Relay Panel for Individual control of Feeder With Directional Relay on concrete floor by grouting 75 x 40 x 6mm GI Channel and cutting of concrete base in control room (GI Channels will be supplied by contractor) including necessary connection with Relays, Metering/Measuring equipments etc. with supply and fixing of Gland, Ferrules, PVC Tape and Sockets etc.

Erection/ Installation of 33 KV VCB alongwith structure on the existing concrete base by use of nuts, bolts etc (as per drawing) required for fabrication alignment, adjustment, connections etc. (33 KV VCB & structures will be supplied by WBSEDCL)

Installation/ Erection of 33 KV, dual core, dual ratio 400/200/1-1 Amp. Current Transformer (Supplied by WBSEDCL) including supply and erection of necessary structure (As per drg no. Drawing No. PLN (D)/SS/57) with water proof hinge door junction box made of 2 x 1 x 2 inch MS Bar for connection and fixing the box with fabricated CT structure with necessary connectors as required.(1 SET=3 No.s)

Installation/ Erection of 33 KV Potential Transformer (Supplied by WBSEDCL) including supply and erection of necessary structure (As per drg no. Drawing No. PLN (D)/SS/57) with water proof hinge door junction box made of 2 x 1 x 2 inch MS Bar for connection and fixing the box with fabricated PT structure with necessary connectors as required.(1 SET=3 No.s)

Fixing of 42 KV Gapless Lightning Arrestor on existing fabricated Gantry/ DP Structure.(1 SET=3 NOS)

Fixing of 33 KV, 400 A, C.R type Isolator on the struture L.L

Laying of 2.5 sqmm 4C Copper control cable (4/8/12)core for interconnection of 33 KV Control & Relay Panel, New 10 MVA Power Transformer, associated CTs, PTs, VCBs, Battery and Secure Meter with supply and fixing of Cable Gland, Ferrule, PVC Tape, Socket etc. a) Through existing trench. b) by cutting soil (0.5x0.5x1 mtr) with protection of first class bricks and sands on three sides and soil covering on top. (Control cables will be supplied by WBSEDCL)

Excavation of earth pit (60x60x60cm size) with supply and driving of 3 mtr long 40 mm dia GI Pipe after making conical shape on the bottom of the pipe with perforation on body of the pipe placing bentonite powder in the pit and back filling as per IE rules and making box of pit by 1st class brick and cement.Necessary concreate slab(1:3:6)of thickness 7.5 cm are to be made for covering the top of the pit.Earth should be constructed in such a manner so that earthing strip can be takn out from the pit as per IE rules.The void of the pit should filled with coarse sand. Excavation for earth mat should be as per approved drawing & design of WBSEDCL.3mtr Long GI Pipe (Jindal Make) for Mat & other equipment.The work to be done as per direction of the site Engineer

Supply & Laying of 65x6 mm GI Flat including connection with earth electrode with necessary space arrangement on top of the earth electrode to facilitate regide welding.Welding of the flat must be contineous.All welded portion to be painted with two coats of bituminus paint.
