Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M in wide and depth for carrying out repairs to jointing pipe and getting out in soft loose soil including dewatering of sub soil water all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.00 above, but in Soft/Disintegrated rock( For road /hard standing cutting)

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/taking out MS pipe from PCC support repair/replacement/relaying for bore of pipe 150 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of 150 mm dia Medium grade 4.85mm thick including,rubber gusket ms nuts & bolts, MS specials in trenches including taking out unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing oF DI Flanged Pipe / spigot and socket type of not less than class K-7 pipe line of 150 mm including,rubber gusket ms nuts & bolts, MS specials in trenches including taking out unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The quoted rate is inclusive of material and labour for flange joint/spigot and socket joint type .

M&L for relaying of MS pipe obtained from item No. 5.00 above, after proper cleaning, descalling and fixing to original position for bore of pipe 150 mm including necessary rubber gusket, nuts, bolts & washers all as specified and directed. Note :- The quoted rate is inclusive of T&P required like pressure washers etc.,

Dismantling taking out MS pipe from PCC support repair/replacement/relaying for bore of pipe 200 mm all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of 200 mm dia Medium grade 4.85mm thick MS ERW pipe including ,rubber gusket ms nuts & bolts, MS specials in trenches including taking out unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for relaying of MS pipe obtained from item No. 9.00 above, after proper cleaning, descalling and fixing to original position for bore of pipe 200 mm including necessary rubber gusket, nuts, bolts & washers all as specified and directed.

Dismantling taking out DIpipe from PCC support repair/replacement/relaying for bore of pipe 300 mm all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix and DI Flanged Pipe of class K-7 pipe line of 300 mm IS: 14849 including taking out unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed. Make: TATA/JINDAL/ELECTROSTEEL/ SRI KALAHASTHI /KESORAM

M&L for relaying of DI pipe obtained from item No. 12.00 above, after proper cleaning, descalling and fixing to original position for bore of pipe 300 mm including necessary rubber gusket, nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flange joint suitable for MS pipe line of 200mm dia including new MS flange of thickness 10mm welded to MS pipe line including provision of Neoprene rubber gasket nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 15.00 above, but of size 150 mm bore, 8mm thick

Supply, fix, install test and commissioning CI sluice valve flanged type 300 mm dia PN 1.6 fitted with hand wheel including fixing to pipe line with gusket, nuts, bolts and washers complete including taking out old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix, install test and commissioning CI sluice valve flanged type 200 mm dia PN 1.6 fitted with hand wheel including fixing to pipe line with gusket, nuts, bolts and washers complete including taking out old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for painting to old steel surfaces of MS pipe lines with one coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surfaces in every two months complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS fittings for water pipe line such bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs including taking out broken CI /MS specials upto 300mm bore all as specified and directed.

Labour only for attending break down of pipe line of 300 mm bore, bursting/cracks and including cleaning/removal of broken pipe pieces of variouslengths through gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement and including inserting necessary specials such as pipes MS/DIcollar etc as per site requirement, testing for leakages of lead joints, testing and necessary dewatering by using necessary pumps, mechanical excavator complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-change for the following sizes:- Note 1:- The quoted rate is deemed to be includes (i) arrangement of suitable pump sets for dewatering at the time of breakdown. (ii) Necessary labour/trade men for attending emergency break down . (iii) labour element required for fixing DI pipes, specials fittings (iv) All earth work to carry out manually as well mechanical excavator and keep mechanical excavator stand by till completion of work

Repair to valve pits with brick work with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in 1:6 cement morter including dismantling taking out unsv one all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces incl dismantling taking out unsv plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair/replacement valve chamber MS cover with frame and fix it firmly to existing valve chamber and make necessary pcc works complete al as specified and directed.

M&L mild Steel framed work with structural steel section such as angle channel or flat ms section including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and one coats of anticorrosive black bituminous paint incl dismantling mild steel work of any description including grouting the RCC if anything found not otherwise specially provided for all as including taking out old unserviceable specified and directed.

M&L for dismatling of foundation PCC, taking out from pump house, carrying to dumping yard inside ND (V) and necessary cleaning of work site all as specified and directed..

M&L for cement concrete type B1, (1:2:4) with 20mm graded stone agreegate in foundation, filling in and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing of areas of above pipe lines by clearing away all Trees, plants ,branches , stems,grass,wild vegetaion, subs, undergrowth, roots not exceeding 60cm in widthunder clearance complete all as specified and directed
