DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Taking down cement plaster from brick/stone masonry walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints hacking for keys and scrubbing down with water etc including removing debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and block walling removing debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description not otherwise specially provided for removing debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for providing pre-cast cement concrete landing, cover slabs for manholes, chullah hoods, chajjas, shelves and similar items with plain faces in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective item.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M & L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 of type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agrregate as in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 of type C-2 using 40mm graded stone agrregate as in sub base of floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 8 mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to as specified and directed

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15mm thick cement plaster with water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on wall in CM 1:4 finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. (Water proofing compound measured separately)

Supply only water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for joint free coloured Non-skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all specified and directed

S & F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, lalid in trenches or in floors in any length with rubber ring joints with concrete bed to drain pipe including forming cradles, in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 complete all as specified.

S & F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, lalid in trenches or in floors in any length with rubber ring joints complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) floor traps (`P' or `S') with CP grating including jointing to waste pipe 75mm bore outlet with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) gully trap 125/110 mm, setting and jointing with solvent complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) vent cowl for pvc waste pipe of 75mm, setting and jointing with solvent complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs vitreous china squating pan, Orissa Pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rests and PVC P or S trap (excluding flushing cistern and flushing pipe ) including connection to trap & flushing pipe etc complete including provision of cement bedding and making good to floor complete all as specified and directed.
