Supply installation, commissioning, testing and training to staff of 11 mtr working height hydraulic platform for mounting in Eicher truck chasis with Max height of cage floor in fully elevated position 9.5 mtr safe working load 250kgs, slew 360 degree continuous on either direction stabilizer types fully hydraulic A frame design, 2 Nos stabilizers hydraulic tank capacity 70ltrs, workmen cage of fibre glass cage insulated to 1100 volts size 1.1x0.7x1.1 M and with all safety features as:- (a) Lock valve to boom cylinders to safe guard operator. (b) Lock valves on stabilizers cylinders. (c) Emergency hand pumps to enable stowing of the unit in case of pump/engine failure. (d) Interlock between stabilizer and boom. (e) Spot light in workmen cage for night operation. Further specifications for allied machineries as Booms should be fabricated from pressed steel sections and the whole assemble mounted on a large diameter tubular column forming part of slewing mechanism with base and jib booms are made of single box section, Stabilizers should be A frame design which shall be integral part of slewing mechanism, Each stabilizer can be operated independently to allow leveling on uneven ground. Parallel links Tandem fully independently twin links shall be provided to ensure that the cage always remain in level and horizontal to the ground. FOR HYDRAULIC PRESSURE HOSES synthetic oil resistant rubber double wire branded with working pressure 4500 psi, testing pressure 9000 psi, bursting pressure 18000 psi of Make-Gate/Markwel/Parker Or Equivalent, Pins should be En8, hard chrome plated & ground, Hydraulic pump of Vickery/Dowty or equivalent Hydraulic motor of Eaton/M+S/danfoss or equivalent, control valves A 2 point control valve with relief valvefor independent operation of each stabilizer and A 3 port valve with relief valve fitted at base on slew column for lifting, lowering & rotation of booms, Another set of control valves shall be provided inside the cage for boom & slew operation Make-Hydro controls/walvoil or equivalent , Tool box with seating arrangement should be provide at the rear of the cabin with sitting facility of workmen, For Painting and finish, All the surfaces of interior and exterior panels shall be covered with coat of suitable anti drumming and anti condensation paint . The surface below the floor which is exposed to ground shall be sprayed with coat of rubber seal, the final finish shall be done with 2 coats of glossy finish of superior paint of reputed brand in golden yellow or as per choice of dept.
