Earth work in excavation for Structures in all kind of soil such as pick jumper and blastiingwork as per drawiing and technical specificatios clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal up to all leads dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material , including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying mechnically mixed and viberated plain rainforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications 2014 clause 802, 803,1202 & 1203. concrete nominal mix (1:4 :8 ) (One cement : four approved sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate . 25 mm (Twenty five millimeter) nominal size with minimum cement contents should not be less than 170 kg. (One hundred seventy kilogram) per cubic meter and curring complete . including cost of form work in foundation and sub structure including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and including shoring and shuttering and curring complete including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and carriage of machinery, material ,tools equipment safety measures and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.The rate includes, octroi, royality Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain/reinforced concrete 1:3:6 (One cement : three sand :six graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimetre) in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802,803,1202 & 1203 . plain cement concrete grade M-10 ( M-ten) Nominal mix including cost of form work and curing complete and including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying machanicaly mixed and vibrated cement concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in super structure as per drawings and technical specifications 2014 Clause 800,1205.4 & 1205.5 R.C.C. grade M -25(M-twenty five) design mix with graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size mixed, vibrated & curring complete, including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidental as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar of TATA / SAIL reinforcement (Fe 500 D) in super-structure complete including cost of binding wire as per drawing and technical specifications 2014 clause 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing laying concrete for plain / reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 803,1202 & 1203. cement concrete (1:6 :12 ) (One cement : six sand : tweleve graded stone aggregate ). With form work and curring complete . including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes, octroi, royality Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement : Five sand : ten graded crushed stone aggregate) and curing complete including the cost of form work for plain / reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls, as per drawing & HP, PWD, technical specifications , including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Back filling behind abutment wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification 2014 Clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkhana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providng weepholes in brick masonary/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment wing wall, return wall with 100mm (hundred millimetre ) dia PVC pipes extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1 (v): 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per MORD technical specification 2014 Clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7.including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. for grading -1 material. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes octroi, royality , Malkana, toll tax , sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement : two approved sand : four graded crushed stone aggregate of 20mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Blcok Pavements having thickness 80 mm (Eighty millimeter) as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1504. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
