6 Conducting static load testing of a span on river bridge 1000 M.T. 6329.07
using suitable test vehicles to provide a total load of
MT including arrangement of loaded trucks, ballast,
positioning of vehicles on bridge deck as per approved
loading scheme, installation of dial gauges and surveying
instruments for measurement of deflection, and recording
of readings during loading and unloading stages. The
work shall include boat arrangement for underside
inspection of the bridge, deployment of technical
personnel, safety arrangements, data recording, analysis
of results, and submission of a detailed load test report.
The testing shall be carried out in accordance with the
guidelines of Indian Roads Congress and relevant
provisions complete in all respects with all
machinaries,equipment, manpower, etc. as directed by
the Engineer-in-Charge.
7 Providing and laying precast RCC footpath slab in 2935 Sqm 1100.81
controlled cement concrete of M20 grade (7.0 cm
thickness including necessary reinforcement and
providing and setting cement chequerd tiles in C.M. 1:5
as per drawing including necessary formwork, curing and
finishing complete.
8 Replacement of Expansion Joint : Dismantling the 75 Rmt 17079.10
Existing Expansion Joint by Pneumatic Breaker without
damaging to the existing reinforcement and removal by
cutting with Gas Cutter and Breaking of Concrete up to
0.5 m on both side of joint by Mechanical means
including Disposal of malba/debris and Fixing of New
Strip Seal Expansion Joint as per drawing including
necessary welding, rebaring, fixing of Shuttering &
centring and Providing, laying, mixing, vibrating, curing
and roughening the surfaces of reinforced cement
concrete (with ordinary Portland cement @ 500 kg/m ^3)
of grade 53 to required levels and shape at all heights and
depth using 20 mm max to 6 mm size graded aggregate
as specified and directed in repair of expansion joints etc.
with Ready Mixed(Automatic batch mix Plant) of M-50
grade (25Mpa minimum 1 day.)rapid hardening type
concrete and self - flowable properties with minimum
flow of 450 mm at the time of pouring with bonding coat
between old and new concrete curing complete as per the
direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
9 Shear Connectors:-
Drilling holes into existing concrete substrate for
anchoring of new rebars with 10mm dia shear connectors
at 0.5m c/c or as per drawing and for additional rebar
provision in repair area and fixing with chemical anchor
Lokfix of Fosroc make / Masterflow 935 of BASF make /
Hilti Hy200 / Fischer. Drilling hole diameter:4mm larger
to rebar dia Drilling depth: min. 10 times the rebar dia.

internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and
shall support a load of 13635 kgs. tested in accordance to
ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications
of Category A of MORTH Circular No
RW/NH/33023/10-97 Ð DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The
height, width and length shall not exceed 20 mm,
mm and 130 mm and with minimum reflective area of
Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be
+/- 5 degree. The body of the marker should having
finger grip for easy and accurate placement and
application with epoxy / bituminous Adhesive as
recommended by the manufacturer of the marker. The
color of the marker should be as per the IRC 35-2015

12 Providing, fabricating and fixing in position structural 660 kg 131.15
steel work for inspection Gallary ( Confirming to IS
4923-1997) riveted, bolted or welded in builtup or other
elements from Structural steel sections such as ISMB,
ISMC, ISHB, any rolled section, hollow section, any type
of plate, etc., in framed work, including cutting, hoisting,
fixing in position and applying a priming coat of
approved steel primer all complete as per the structural
designs and directions of Engineer in charge. The rate to
be inclusive of all charges such as loading, unloading,
transporting, cost of fabrication, erection, all accessories
to be used for connection, anticorrosive primer and paint
of approved make/shade and cleaning works, inclusive of

mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made

1 All work shall be carried out as per public works Department Handbook and other specifications of Division or as
directed. No Extra payment shall be made.
2 All the columns is Schedule should be filled in ink and the total of the entries in the last column should be struck by the
contractor under his signature.
3 Rates quoted include clearance of site (Prior commencement of work and as its close) in all respects and hold good for
work under all conditions, site, moisture, weather etc.
4 GST & Income Tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills.
5 The Labour Cess shall have to be deducted from payable bill as per prevailing Rules i.e. 1% of the work done.
6 For abnormal high or law rates payment of such items shall be regulated as per Govt. circular No. PARACH / 102008 /
61 / S, Dt. 27/11/2008 attached with tender papers.
7 In all R.C.C. Items in Rate Analysis Standard Cement Consumption has been taken as per Govt. G.R.: PRC-10/2017
Cement Consumption/16/C Date:11/05/2017 as stated in S.O.R. therefore in R.C.C. items where there is a change as per
actual mix design the cost of difference of cement consumption have been deducted from the rate of original item at the
rate of input rate mentioned in all the tender.
