Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level With 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Retaining walls, return walls,etc

Carriage of Cement with an average lead of 70 km by MT and H/L 100 m

Carriage of Sand/aggregate with an average lead of 10 Km and H/L 100 m

Carriage of Stone/ Boulders with an average lead of 3 km and H/L 100 m

Providing and fixing of sign board (2'6" x 3') including painting writing charges all complete as per direction of site engineer
