REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL WIRING INCL LIGHTS, SUB MAIN WIRING AND ALLIED WKS IN MH ROORKEE UNDER GE (MES) ROORKEE

Taking down old unserviceable point wiring of any description including all fittings and fixtures like switches, sockets, ceiling rose, fan regulator, tubelight,, mirror light,, ceiling light etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS-H insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 Volts grade copper conductor cable single core conforming to IS:694 along with one run of 1.5 Sqmm FRLS-H insulated copper conductor cable green in colour for continuous earthing drawn through and including medium grade rigid PVC conduit conforming to IS:9537 (Pt-III) and its all accessories / junction boxes / inspection covers etc of suitable size but not less than 20 mm, concealed in wall/ floor etc including provision of pressed steel terminal box of thickness not less than 18 SWG / with earth dolly of suitable size concealed in wall and covered with 3 mm thick phenolic laminated hylam sheet fixed with brass / GI screws for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulator, etc.complete all as specified and directed for the following points:-

All as per Item No 2 here-in-before but one 6A socket point controlled by one switch on independent board

All as per Item No 2 here-in-before but one 6A socket point controlled by one switch on same board

M&L for sub main wiring along with earth wire with FRLS-H insulated copper conductor, single core cable drawn through and including medium grade rigid PVC conduit conforming to IS:9537 (Pt-III) and its all accessories/junction boxes/ inspection covers etc of suitable size but not less than 25mm concealed in wall/ floor etc including taking down existing unserviceable sub main wiring of any description complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:- (Note: Three runs of copper cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length)

2runs x 6 sqmm(Ph & N) + 1run x 6 sqmm(earth wire)

Supply and fix in replacement of switch piano flush type 6 Amps, one way, 240V, 50Hz ,complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement of socket 6 Amps, 2-in-1 flush type universal 240V, 50Hz , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of switch piano flush type 16 Amps, one way, 240V, 50Hz , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of socket 16A & 6A, 2-in-1 flush type universal 240V, 50Hz , complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement of electronic socket type fan regulator rotary type in 5 steps, 240V, 50Hz , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement ceiling rose in poly carbonate 3 terminal brass, flush type 6 Amps, 220 volts AC, ISI marked, fixing on 3 mm thick sunmica hylum plastic laminated round sheet 75mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Lamp holder, angle type with metal ring, PVC/Polycarbonate body with back plate, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting, Integrated, T-8, 1x 22W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder and connecting up with pvc insulated and pvc sheathed twisted three core flexible copper wire of suitable from ceiling rose to connector of fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Supply and fixing LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type full white / warm white as per site requirement with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for POP / Amstrong / grid false ceiling complete with all fixing accessories including making electrical connection with pvc insulated and pvc sheathed twisted two core wire of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB / MCB distribution board, Vertical TPN, 4 way, 415 V, 3 phase, AC powder painted enclosure double door type with minimum IP 43 degree of protection with built in copper bus bar of capacity 200 amp, neutral link and earth link complete including cutting the wall surfaces for mounting of DB and making good with cement plaster, to match with the existing surface including taking down existing unserviceable MCB DB of any description complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 13 here-in-before but SPN, 4 way, 230 V, 1 phase, AC Note: MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SP 06 to 32A, 10 KA, single Pole, 'C curve, 240 V, 50 Hz including taking down existing unserviceable MCB of any description complete with all connection all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SPN 6-32 Amp, 'C curve, 240 V, 50 Hz including taking down existing unserviceable MCB of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB TPN 63A, 415 V including taking down existing unserviceable MCB of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 × 600 × 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, connected by 4 mm GI wire as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolts, thimbles, check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300 mm × 300 mm, 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320 × 320 × 80 mm size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) and specified including provision of GI wire upto 7.5 mtrs long with 15 mm dia light grade ‘G’ pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthing wire to panel including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC (1:2:4) type B1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4 kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover.
