M&l for cmenet mass concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as sub base, Complete all as Specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

S&F for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, Complete all as Specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as a Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, Complete all as Specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and fix 2000 liters capacity white colour triple layer, rotational moulded, polythene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed on roof in position, including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc, Complete all as Specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and fix 1000 liters capacity white colour triple layer, rotational moulded, polythene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed on roof in position, including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc, Complete all as Specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

S&F for 20mm Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed, Complete all as Specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

S&F for outer diameter of pipes in 16mm 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc,Complete all as Specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

S&F for providing and fixing PP-R Gate valves Outer dia of pipes in 20mm mm (brass insert) as per requirement of the site, Complete all as Specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Cutting existing steel tubing for alterations or additions of 20mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for Broken stone/ boulders hard core, broken to gauge n exc 63 mm, Complete all as Specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand.
