Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Hot finished welded type tubes.

Extra for galvanising (of thickness not less than 120 microns) on M.S angles , flats, gussets plates, bolts, nuts and other fastners.

Applying priming coat with one coat of ETCH primer (BISON wash primer or equivalent) approved brand and colour manufacture to give an even shade for 40m high Ground based tower The rate includes the cost for taking necessary insurance for workmen compensation and for comprehensive risk coverage Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (NOTE Rate includes Charges for scrapping of all peeled painting surfaces on the Galvanised structural steel tower steel members, material & labour, T&P for painting of complete tower, platforms, antenna mount, ladder, vertical tray/gantry., Wave guiderack, feeder cable rack, rails, lightening arrester, nuts and bolts, posts etc.) ( the total weight about -10MT)

Applying priming coat with one coat of ready mixed Zinc chromate yellow primer or equivalent of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade for 40m high Ground based tower The rate includes the cost for taking necessary insurance for workmen compensation and for comprehensive risk coverage. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (NOTE: Rate includes material & labour,T&P for painting of complete tower, platforms, antenna mount, ladder, vertical tray/gantry,, Wave guiderack, feeder cable rack, rails, lightening arrester, nuts and bolts, posts etc.) ( the total weight about 10-15MT)

Painting Two or more coats with high gloss synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and colour white and |(International orange) a per recommendation of international Civil Aviation rules for following Galvanised structural steel tower as per directions of engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes the cost for taking necessary insurance for workmen compensation and for comprehensive risk coverage. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (NOTE: Rate includes material & labour,T&P required painting of complete tower, platforms, antenna mount, ladder, |vertical tray/gantry, Wave guiderack, feeder cable| rack, rails, lightening arrester, nuts and bolts, posts etc.,) (the total weight about 10-15MT)

Attending repairs & restablising Mounts/Tower railing issue by providing structural members, Nut & Bolts etc,. Inclusive of all incidental costs as required in actuals & complete jobas per site condition at all levels

Supplying of missing TOWER material of Galvanized Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, with Galvanized steel sections consisting of Angles, Flats, Plates and tubes fabricated as per approved drawing. The galvanizing shall be as per IS: 4759 with average mass of zinc coating of 610 gm/sqm (approximately 85 micron). The steel sections shall be of M.S.grade 'A' as per IS: 2062. Cost of galvanization is inclusive. The payment shall be made as per the standard structural steel tables for the bare steel sectional weights. All complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing at site necessary missing nuts and bolts for the tower and gantry of required size and diameter of grade 5.6 complete as per directions of Engineer In Charge.

Tightening of bolts and nuts for the entire ground based tower of 40M high, weighing about 8 to 10MT including fixing of necessary missing bolts and nuts, plain and spring washers, check nuts etc., complete wherever required and tightening of bolts and nuts with Torque Wrench as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. (Rate includes the cost of tightening of existing bolts and nuts with plain washers and spring washers and checknuts, necessary

scaffolding arrangement, helmets, ropes, pullies and other safety arrangements etc., complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Payment for missing bolts and nuts shall be made seperately under relevant item). Note:- BSNL shall not be responsible

for any mishaps, damages etc., if any, occuring during the execution of the work. The rate includes the cost for taking necessary insurance for workmen compensation and for comprehensive risk coverage. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
