REPAIR TO SEWAGE LINE, STORM WATER DRAIN AND ITS CONNECTED WORKS IN CERTAIN AREA AT AFS KUMBHIRGRAM

Cleaning of sewage line incl. manholes by rodding with split bamboo duly winded with jute to ensure easy flow from manhole to manhole or gully trap to manhole or manhole to septic tank etc. incl. well flushing with water after cleaning and taking off manhole cover and recovering complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of deposited sludge and water from septic tank mechanically using sewage pump and removing night soil/sludge to a distance n.exc. 50m depositing in freshly excavated trenches/pit/ bins and covering the deposited sludge with excavated earth incl. spreading of sufficient quantity of bleaching powder over deposited sludge upto 1 mtrs from the edge of excavated pit before earth spreading & removal of surplus earth to a distance n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed incl. sweeping/cleaning with water all as specified and directed (Only sludge to be measured).

Taking out of deposited sludge mechanically using sewage pump and water from manhole rectangular, square on circular on plan, exc 0.80m, but n.exc 1.5m and removing night soil/sludge to a distance n.exc. 50m depositing in freshly excavated trenches/pit/ bins and covering the deposited sludge with excavated earth incl. spreading of sufficient quantity of bleaching powder over deposited sludge upto 1 mtrs from the edge of excavated pit before earth spreading & removal of surplus earth to a distance n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed incl. sweeping/cleaning with water all as specified and directed

Materials and labour for loose filling of broken bricks bats ( Jhama brick) of gauge 80 to 150 mm in soakage pits, soakage well etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out completely old brick bats (where soaking capacity is lost) from soak well and complete removal and depositing the brick bats in low lying area of a distance n.exc. 50 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg. as in benching, pier caps, bed blocks etc. incl. necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm mm graded stone agg. as in plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends swan necks etc including cleaning or refixing or removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) rain water pipe 110 mm bore in any length with rubber joints , ISI marked fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) rain water pipe 75 mm bore in any length with rubber joints , ISI marked fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 110mm dia PVC(SWR) pipes of heavy duty single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for brick work in cement mortar (1:6) with well burnt best quality locally available old size brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. incl. racking out joints, hacking to key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4), and finishing surface even and smooth fair without using extra cement, with robust 2 in 1 high performance,water reducing and water proofing mortar admixture mixed as per manufacturers instructions, finishing the surface fair and even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Mortar admixture shall be measured and paid separately.

Materials and labour for for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6), and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for for pre cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as in cover slab of manhole, septic tank soak well, gully trap etc. set in CM (1:4) including demolition of damagedseptic tank, soak well, manhole gully trap and separating of reinforcement etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of MS TMT bar 6 to 10 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required incl. cranking bending and hooking and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white including pedestal pan and trap, connection to drain (or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisiphonage pipe, Seat cover, flush pipe and fixing bolt etc (excluding flushing cistern complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Vitreous China squatting pan of "Orissa Pattern, size 580 x 440mm white with 'P' or 'S' trap, front or back inlet and foot rests, any pattern (excluding flusing cistern and flush pipe)

Supply and fixing in repair PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, 10 Ltrs capacity and PVC connection pipe 450mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick,set, jointed and pointed with grey cement and pigment in neat cement slurry in floors laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) over 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.
