Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors reports for the last five years as per 3.10(iv) of ITT.
Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded as per 3.10(xv) of ITT.
3.6: Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under:Assessed Available Tender Capacity: (AxNx1.5-B)Where A-Maximum value of works executed (KPTCL & Non-KPTCL) in any one year during the last five years (updated to FY 2024-2025) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress.
3.7: Even though the Tenderers meet the above criteria, they are subject to be disqualified if they have:- Made misleading or false representations in the forms, statements and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements and/or- Record of poor performance such as abandoning the works, not properly completing the contract, inordinate delays in completion, litigation history, or financial failures etc. and/or- Participated in the previous Tender for the same work and had quoted unreasonably high Tender prices and could not furnish rational justification.
Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) of the bidder for best two years out of last preceding five financial years ending on March or December as the case may be, shall not be less than Amount put to Tender (APT) as per 3.2(a) of std tender documents(ITT).
The bidder should furnish as per 3.10(iv) of ITT along with UDIN details
As per 3.2 b) Qualifying Requirements (Technical) as per Details of Work Experience (format uploaded in Bid documents page)
Bidder shall ensure that soft copies of No Deviation CERTIFICATE, Letter of Undertaking, as revised in Annexure , Any other undertaking / agreement (if applicable) are uploaded besides submitting the Originals to the office of the Chief Engineer, Electy., Operation, KPTCL, Mysore, after the last submission date and on or before the date & time of opening of techno commercial bids.
Bidder shall ensure that soft copies of i. Letter of undertaking for Non performance ii. Letter of undertaking for Risk and Cost iii. Letter of undertaking for Litigation iv. Letter of undertaking to source the supply of equipment material from only KPTCL approved Vendors (if applicable) are uploaded in portal
i) Letter of undertakings as per clause No.1.5 of Annexure-XVII and (ii) Letter of undertaking as per clause No.1.6 of Annexure-XVII (if applicable) shall be uploaded besides submitting the Originals to the office of the Chief Engineer, Electy., Operation, KPTCL, Mysuru, after the last submission date and on or before the date and time of opening of techno commercial bids.
The Originals of Undertakings & Formats in ORIGINAL shall be submitted to the office of the Chief Engineer, Electy., Operation, KPTCL, Mysuru, after the last submission date and on or before the date and time of opening of techno commercial bids as per 3.10(xviii) of ITT.
Bidder shall upload selfdeclaration stating that no such actions against the bidder haven been taken by KPTCL in the last 6 months as on date of bid submission invoking Risk & cost, failing which the offer is liable to be rejected (refer clause 3.10(ii) of ITT.
3.2 b) For 66/110kV Terminal Bay:Qualifying Requirements (Technical): The bidder should have satisfactorily Constructed, completed & Commissioned atleast One (1) No. of 66kV or above voltage class Sub-station/Terminal Bay on Total or Partial Trunkey basis in the last ten (10) years preceding the date of bid submission and shall be in satisfactory service for a minimum period of One (1) year prior to the date of submission of the Bid OR The bidder should have satisfactorily constructed, completed and commissioned not less than Five (5) Nos. of 33kV or above voltage class Sub-Stations/Terminal Bays on Total or Partial Turn Key basis in the last ten(10) years preceding the date of Bid Submission and shall be in satisfactory service for a minimum period of One (1) year prior to the date of submission of the Bid. For Strengthening/Re-conductoring Transmission lines:The bidder should have satisfactorily Constructed, completed & Commissioned 66kV or above voltage class Transmission line cumulatively to an extent of atleast 25% of the Route length (in Kms)of Transmission line and bidder should have complete one similar work as a prime contractot to an extent of 80% of the cost of the work tendered on total or Partial Turn Key basis in the last ten (10) years preceding the date of Bid submission and the same shall be in the satisfactory service for a minimum period of One (1) year prior to the date of submission of the bid.

Shall Submit the ATTESTED xerox copies of Audited Profit & Loss statements of past 05 years along with Seal & Sign of the bidder to the office of the Chief Engineer, Electy., Operation, KPTCL, Mysuru, after the last submission date and on or before the date and time of opening of techno commercial bids.
Liquid Assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than 25% of the Amount put to Tender (Credit lines/ Letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. shall be uploaded in portal and hardcopy with bidder seal & signature shall be submitted to Tendering Authority)
Any other required documents as per the terms and conditions of the tender.
