Repair works in DM plant channels, Neutralization pits, Dykes and other areas during MTA 2022 at HWPM

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete of grade 1:1.5:3[1cement, 1.5 sand, 3 stone aggregate] ( using 20mm and down graded stone aggregate of approved quality in foundation and plinth, walls, floors, footings, pedestals etc. including the cost of centering, shuttering, leveling, ramming, consolidation, curing, etc., complete (but excluding the cost of steel reinforcement) as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.(CEMENT CONTET CONSIDERED FOR THIS ITEM IS 400KG/M3 )

Providing, laying and fixing in position MS/HYSD reinforcement bars for RCC works, including cost of supplying, cutting, bending, transporting, erecting, binding with 16 gauge MS annealed wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Fixing of 22 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. (Old/ used tiles will be issued by the department at free of cost. Contractor has to collect the same from sectional stores/open yard by arranging required transport)

In flooring on a bed of 10 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand)

In dado/skirting on 12 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) proportion over brick/RR masonry/concrete walls, floors and other surfaces, raking of joints, hacking the concrete surfaces, scaffolding where necessary, curing etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the EIC .

Fixing of Fiber glass mat of 4mm thick on dry surfaces of walls and floors in white colour having density of 110gm/Sqm in acidic channels and neutralization pits, walls etc. including necessary cleaning the surface with wire brushes using adhesives like standard epoxy resin plus hardener in pre-batched packings HV 9534 2 litres plastic bottle throughly applying to the fiber mat and walls subsequently pasting the same to the walls complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (Note: Fibre glass mat and adhesives will be issued by the department at free of cost. The agency has to make necessary arrangements to draw the materials from sectional stores/central stores.)

Supplying of Fiber Glass Mat 4mm thick, Density of 110gm/M2 having GSM:450, Color: White, conforming to IS 11551:1996 complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
