Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

S/I/T/C/Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 18-22W LED decorative bollard made of aluminum casting with spun aluminum top. The top head should be at least 335mm wide to match the light levels as approved by engineer in charge. Height should be 1100mm with polycarbonate unbreakable diffuser with mechanical impact protection of IK10 and rated as dust protection as IP66. The fixture should be PU painted and weight of the luminaries should not be less than 10.5Kgs. The efficiency of the LEDs should be greater than 100 lumen per watt and should be powered with at least 3KV surge protection driver. The fixture must have an external surge protection device of 10KV, Input Voltage- AC 240 Volts, Mandatory certifications – BIS for complete product in the name of lighting company. (Similar to Orient Cat No.LF-B-1.1M-nAV18C)Bollard light of approved make and model approved by engineering in charge .

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m (All kinds of soil)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.1.5.10 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand (Zone -lll) 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Brick work in foundation & plinth with modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in.Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer- in-charge

Brick work in foundation & plinth with modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in.(1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
