Supply, erection of 8m free standing single arm bracket 8 sided Octogonally continously tapered structured pole with base plate of size 300 x 300 x 12mm as per IS-875 with following specification. Bottom Pole Dia - 130mm Top Pole Dia - 70 mm Thickness of Pole - 3mm The pole should be hot dip galvanized confirming to BESN ISO- 1461 with thickness of 65 Micron. The octagonal pole shall be erected with Concreting with suitable grade Concrete of suitable size pedestal 350mm x 350mm x 15mm and erected in to 300mm x 300mm x 12mm bolt nuts with necessary arrangements etc. Supply and fixing of 1No. 120W LED street light luminaire (Higher End) with hot dip galvanised single arm bracket of suitable length with suitable bolt and nuts with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper wire from junction box to the fitting. The integrated junction box with pole should be provided with 1No. 4way terminal block with Hylum sheet and 1 No 6A SP MCB in suitable size door at the bottom with locking arrangements and necessary connection complete.The pole and bracket should withstand wind speed of 180 Km/Hr. All the nut, washer and bolt should be galvanised. Testing and commissioning should be done as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and laying of 4 x 10 sq.mm PVC armoured LTUG cable in suitable size HDPE pipe in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre and refilling the earth to make good.

Supply and laying of 4 x 10 sq.mm PVC armoured LTUG cable through 32mm dia GI pipe in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre putting 0.15 mt. Layer of sand and covering the cable completely with sand and refilling the earth to make good by road crossing.

Supply and Clamping of 4 x 10 sq mm PVC LTUG armoured cable on post or on wall with MS clamps.

Supply and Clamping of 4 x 10 sq mm PVC LTUG armoured cable through 32mm dia GI pipe on post or on wall with MS clamps.

Supply and providing cable end termination of 4 x 10 sq mm PVC LTUG armoured Al cable with necessary aluminum cable sockets by crimping etc. with electrical connection complete

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Three phase automatic street light controller of outdoor type housed in 6way Open Type Pillar Box accommodating the following items with necessary internal wiring with 10Sq.mm Unsheathed Copper wire. a) 63A four poie MCB=1 No (I/C) b) 32A Four pole MCB=6 Nos (O/g) c) 63A Automatic phase change Over Switch d) 24 Hrs Time switch (Timer) with Batter backup= 1 No e) 63A Three phase contactor with 230v coll =1No .The metal danger board shall be fixed at approximate location

Supply and clamping of 3 ½ x35 sq.mm PVC LTUG armoured cable through 40mm dia GI pipe (Class-B) on post or on wall with MS Clamps.

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 3-1/2 x 35 sqmm PVC armoured LTUG cable with earth connection

Supply and providing cable end termination of 3-1/2 x 35 sq mm PVC LTUG armoured Al cable with necessary aluminum cable sockets by crimping etc. with electrical connection complete

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter Box housing inside the powder coated pillar box of suitable for 3 phases 63A service connection with Hylum sheet of size 2 feet x ½ of 6mm thickness with necessary bolts and nuts supports and supply and fixing of 3 Nos. 63A fuse units (500V) 1No. Neutral link, 63 Amp 30 mA Four Pole RCD / RCCB (Higher End), copper earth flat of size 1” x ¼” with inter connection of EB meter to fuse units by 7/16 PVC insulated copper wire with earth connection complete.

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.1mt class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm, with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm, with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry .

Supply and Run of 1 of No.8 SWG GI wire in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall / floor / ground for earth connection

Supply and fixing of 150W LED High Bay Light complete on MS angle with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting.

Supply and Run of 2 of 2.5sq.mm PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 2.5 sq.mm copper wire with painting of suitable colour.

Supply and fixing of Synthetic Moulded Compound Box for street light.
