Annual All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of water cooled central AC plants, complete HVAC system , Electrical and water softner systems including AMS ( PC and associated equipments in International HVAC plant and Electrical office) and all assoiated accesories as detailed in the particular specifications of the tender. The job includes day to day maintenance of the systems, attending to the complaints, repairs/rectification works including consumables, breakdown/ preventive /routine maintenance as per OEM recommendations /maintenance schedules, maintaining records etc. as required. a. International terminal HVAC Installations. (i) First Year ( 2020-21)

Annual Operation of water cooled central AC plants of International and Doemstic terminal buildings, i.e. the complete HVAC system with all related equipments and accessories including AMS operations on all days including Sundays,Holidays and National Holidays. The job includes day to day satisfactory operation as per the requirements of AAI by deploying qualified operators on 24 hrs. basis, as per the manpower distribution indicated in Particular specifications -Page PS-2
Supplying, fixing testing commissioning of supply air diffusers of powder coated aluminium with aluminium volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core.
Supplying, fixing testing commissioning of Return air diffusers of powder coated aluminium without volume control dampers, with anti smudge ring & removable core.
Supplying & fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Supply Air Grills with aluminium volume control dampers as per CPWD specifications.
Supplying & fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Return Air Grills with louvers but without volume control dampers complete as required as per CPWD specifications.
Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required. Thickness 0.80 mm sheet

Spray painting with one or more coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand, manufacturer and colour to give an even shade in the linear continuous grills and diffusers of assorted size, distribution boards, Electrical panels/ Junction boxes/feeder pillars, condenser pipe lines etc. pertaining to HVAC system provided in the Terminal Buildings, including cleaning the surface, applying two or more coats of primer wherever necessary including removing, shifting of installations from existing site to a suitable site for painting where ever required.Scope also includes re-lettering/lettering of various distribution boards/panels wherever required.
