Supply and fixing of 12mm thick Cross linked Closed Cell polyethylene thermal insulation of the duct with metalized Aluminium foil of duct Density: 30±3 Kg/M3, Thermal conductivity at 0°C: 0.0318-0.0332 W/M°K, fire propagation as per Class ‘O’ should be properly covered the duct using suitable adhesive and aluminium tape. Proper and good looking finish. Details as per WS-5.
Design, fabrication and installation of aluminium powder coated supply grills at each supply outlet including VCD (volume control damper). VCD will be made from aluminium sheet, the frame min. 18swg thick and louvers min. 22-24 swg thick sheet. Exact size of grill will be decided as per site after the installation of AHUs and ducting. Details as per WS-5.
Supply fabrication, laying & testing of Ø 100 mm MS chilled water pipeline confirming IS1239 (heavy class) all kind of fittings and fixtures etc. and minor civil work, required for proper installation as per site suited and direction of engineer in charge. Complete thermal insulation of MS Chilled water pipeline and valves after applying cold bitumen and then CPRX adhesive compound on the surface and laying the 50mm thick Thermo-coal (Expanded Polystyrene) pipe shape (with pieces of Thermo-coal for valves) using TF quality Thermo-coal (min. 24 Kg/M³) and seal the thermocol joint using proper sealant/Hot Bitumen. Cover the pipeline with vapour barrier and chicken mesh. After this whole assembly should be smoothly plastered by 12 mm thick sand and cement (4:1) plaster, with good surface finish and suitable painting (with one coat primer and two coat first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour). Details as per WS-5.

It shall be fabricated from MS CRCA sheet of 2 mm thick for load bearing panel wall and 1.6 mm thick for non-load bearing panel wall, cubicle, extensible type, totally enclosed, double door with double enclosure, dust and vermin proof with IP 55 protection with hinged and lockable doors with closed type panel keys. The panel shall be suitable for 415 volts, 630A, 36KA (1 Sec), 3 phase & neutral 50 Hz system. All live accessible parts shall be shrouded and all equipment shall be finger touch proof. Supply, Laying and termination of 150 Sq.mm, 1.1KV grade, 1C, Copper, XLPE insulated, PVC Type-2 FRLSH outer sheath, multi strand flexible cable with suitable GI perforated cable tray of 3mm thick and 50x6 mm GI earth strip on both sides of the cable tray: Details as per WS-5 & Annexure-I.
Supply, Laying and termination of 4 Sq.mm, 1.1KV grade, 3C, Copper, XLPE insulated, PVC Type-2 inner sheath, PVC Type-2 FRLSH outer sheath, multi strand flexible cable with suitable GI perforated cable tray of 3mm thick and 50x6 mm GI earth strip on both sides of the cable tray: Details as per WS-5 & Annexure-I.
Supply and fixing Ø 40 mm hard drain pipeline using the UPVC pipelines and fittings conforming to ASTM D1785 or equivalent Indian standard, Schedule 40.
