Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point sixty millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with screws prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing MS BP sheet 1.66mm to 2mm (one point six six millimetre to two millimetre) thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid seprately) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade two or more coats applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (at the rate of zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm (at the rate of zero point eight zero litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm (sixty centimetre) over all with 0.60mm (zero point sixty millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm(six millimetre) diametre and prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accesoriees as required complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing valley 90cm (ninety centimetre) overall with 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating back coat of polyster 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with screws prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) diametre with prepainted GI limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accesoriees as required including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
