Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.63 mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 micron over 5 mocron primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 micron over 5 micron primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2.00mm thick in eavesboard/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely)

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work for door, window, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to IS 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps all junctions at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleast angle, aluminium, snap beading for glazinge/ panelling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws in :-

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Aanodised Aluminium Grills of required pattern in aluminium frame of Window etc. which plain grill as per approved drawing design complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade on un-decorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, dust and remains of loose material sand papered stopping complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan with regulator, including wiring the down rods of standard length (up to 30 cm) with 16/0.20 mm twin twisted flexible, cotton braided, copper cable, including providing and fixing phenolic laminated sheet cover on the fan box and earthing etc. as required complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satifiction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and Lifts.
