Material and Labour for 0.90mm thick decorative laminate type I of surface finish(colour & pattern as approved) fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturers instruction finished to approved size for wall panel/cladding of cubical cabin of any shape of any pattern and design etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix 10mm thick toughened glass crystal polished in squares exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane as in cubile panel/working table top, fixed with suitable adhesive complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel nickel coated telescopic drawer slider, one inch size, 18 inch long two beam max load capacity 35-40kg suitable for working table, drawer on andy size and any pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Cast brass powder coated automatic lock and release butt hinges of size 100mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix castor wheel 50 mm for trolley, black twin wheel plywood castor plate with lock/ stopper complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Nilkamal/GTB/MBTC

Supply and fix Cast brass powder coated Box type decorative door handle of size 75mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix locking device with SS304 body which is highly corrosion resistant, of 32mm lock & keys in duplicate for each lock to drawer/lockers to table office (office/clk) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 50mm dia PVC cable manger suitable for working table/conference table of any pattern complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for unreinforced complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc, complete all as specified.

(mild steel angles will be measures and paid separately under respective item.)

Supply and Fixing Mild steel work such as joist, channel, angle or tee section fixing independently without connecting plates, cut to ordinary length ie, within 20mm of the length indicated conforming to Grade E-250, Fe 410 W quality B all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix framed work such as grills , grating ,etc with ends of bars shouldered and or revated for forged in to spike, framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders, balusters, walk ways raling framed work for water tanks similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) remaining serviceable tiles to stores and rubish off the premises all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic light coloured tiles in vertical surface 300x200x7mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and Roughed) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2, using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 20mm thick Granite ( of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in wall lining(veneering to wall) and the like and fixed over and including 15mm thick cement mortar 1:3 including pointing in white cement using marble dust in 1:2 with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size of 60mm thickness M-35 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50mm thick river sand cushioning, compacted with mechanical surface vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and refixing only of existing machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block after levelling sunk portions with sand cushioning all as specified and as directed. Note: The rate quated is inclusieve of Sand for leveling/cushioning nothing extra shall be paid seperately.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb, mud stop rounded or chamferred edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC coated chain link fencing, maid out of hot dip galvanised MS wire of any size 3mm dia fixed to any type of standards, rails straining bolts including provision of binding wire all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including secruing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

Supply and Fix concertina coil of 700 mm outer dia made out of 2.60mm dia spring steel wire 230gm (2min) dipped with corrosion preventive fluid (rusilo 901) of castrol make incl white colour, each coil having min 50 turns (circles) and an average weight not less than 8.57 kg (plus or minus 5%) including handle and spike at both ends of coil errected in position on top of mild steel angle by fixing with MS rod for securing incl necessary welding to MS sections etc including taking out old concertina complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of steel of any description exceeding 10 cm width or grith not otherwise specified and applying one coat of syntheic enemal paint all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthentic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls (plastered or unplastered) and cornices, by brooming down with wire brushing or scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, mass and effloroscent salts and applying one coat of ement based paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint wall over a coat of primer including preparation of new surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for point wiring complete using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor, stranded cable (FRLS) upto and incl working voltage 1100volts grade, ISI marked, drawn in to PVC casing capping incl all accessories as bend,tee,junction boxes elbows etc and unsheathed copper conductor stranded cable (FRLS) earth continuity wire connected to DBs/sunken boxes/fittings of size 1.5 Sqmm Cross sectional area and all other metal parts with earth dolly for One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on Independent board complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Modular switch socket combination one way, 3 pin 6A, 3Module complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring using two runs of single core PVC insulated cable (FRLS) 6 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and one run of 6 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable (FRLS)using as earth wire drawn through and including suitable size non metallic rigid PVC conduit not less than 25mm dia with accessories including taking down old aluminium/Copper Sub main wirng complete all as specified and directed. Note- 3 run of 6 sq mm PVC copper wire and One run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit.
