Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 Cum getting out returning filling in ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance of not exc 50M and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete including column foundation and posts complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion and making good distrubed ground complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for framed work as in door or gates of angle or other section of Fe- 290 (Gde E-165) with gusset plates rails braces etc., complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or others covering doors, etc, to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hook and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix mild steel flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 and steel bars for tightening the fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for mild steel works (miscellaneous) round bars 10mm dia to be fixed in the chain link fencing for securing & tightening the fencing etc., including necessary cutting into size required and inserting the chainlink fencing and fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of strands rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour preparing new steel surfaces and applying for two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including removal of debries outside of Dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for precast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks , exceeding 10 cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1 : 4 : 8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or un plastered surfaces and applying cement wash with portland cement slurry to smooth bodied opaque finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC flooring (unreinforced) not exc 15cm thick (Below or above ground level) and removing debries out side to Dockyard premesis complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for hard core of broken stone or boulder of gauge not exc 63 mm deposited spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface all as specified and directed.

Material & labour Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40Kg/per square centimetre in filed using 400Kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25cm or less complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for chequred cement concrete tiles with grey cement & pigment 20cmx 20cmx 25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying tiles in CM1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.
