Taking down tar felt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50m and n. exc. 100m incl roughening of old concrete suirface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 with using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding etc complete all complete as specified and as directed.

M & L screed bed or bedding layer 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instruction for laying of APP membrane complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound (WPC) of best quality

M&L for water proofing treatrment to Non accessible RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment. (a) Applying a coat of bitumenous primer confirming to IS-3384 1965 @ 0.4 ltrs per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surface and allow to dry. (b) Apply one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 as per IS -702-1988 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sq.M of Each coat applied over primer including cleaning of surfaces. (C) Supply and laying 3 mm thick polymeric water proofing membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sq.M with non woven polyester fabric weight not less than 160 gms per Sqm over area including overlapping 100 mm (Min) as per manufacturers instructions. (d) Applying evenly one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.11Kg/Sqm complete all as specifiedand as directed. Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on methed or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum over lap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (iii) The complete work shall be done under strict supervision of manufacturers technical representative as directed. Make : STP TEXA Ltd or IWL (Ind) Ltd etc.

M&l cutting out crack to v-section in existing roof of terrace cleaning out wetting grouting with cement sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnectiong existing PVC water tank including GI pipe inlet/outlet of any dia complete all as specified,PVC tank having capacity excedding 250 ltrs but not excedding 1000ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) and hoisting,reconnected old GI pipe with tank and refixing PVC tank in same position complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement morter 1:4 with water proofing compound finished even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separetely)

Materials and labour for applying two coats of cement base paint including preparation of surfaces as on walls complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

S&F 110mm PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls.(upto 4 storiedheight)

S&F in repair 110mm bore PVC(SWR) bends .(upto 4 storied height)

M& L for Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges of 1:2:4 of B0 complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description as in door, gates etc and similar works complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses i.e. Truss bottom, top bend, sides, side supports, holding plates, posts and base plate with bolt for joining with stud column etc including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for flat iron in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or revetting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M/L applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surfaces over exc 10cm girth all as specified and directed

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc) sheet in roof coverings.

S&F for pre-coated galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

S&F for pre-coated galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.
