Five Yearly Routine of FM -200 system for ICGS C-412

Following 5 yearly routine of FM-200 system (Make: M/s Solas Marine Services, Mumbai) to be carried out and System to be proved for satisfactory performance:- (a) Blow out distribution piping. (b) Main cylinder, pilot cylinder & flexible hoses hydraulic pressure test and inspect and servicing and pressure testing of bottle head assembly and functional checked of non-return valve/pilot lines. (c) Floor and mounting platform level of FM-200 cylinder checked for leveling and repair as required. (d) Checked FM-200 & Co2/N2 cylinder weight and pressure, refill if required. (e) Checked purity test of FM-200 sample and purity certificate to be provide
