EXTERNAL PAINTING IN CAMOUFLAGING PATTERN TO BLDGS IN NORTH SIDE OF RUNWAY OF TECH AREA AT AF STN JODHPUR

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on stone/ block masonry surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down old cement plaster of any description from brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc. including removal of rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered external wall/ roof surfaces of any storey/ height, any description and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) over one coat of primer (1st quality) in different tints/ shades in camouflaging pattern as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including cornices etc, washing rubbing down and stopping of previously untreated/ painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint, white or tinted complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including cornices etc. and applying white cement base putty in patches as required and applying one coat of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint (white or tinted) as per approved shade/ coloured on walls complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structures of any height.
