M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top complete all as specified and as directed. :- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.4 ltrs per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surface. (Note :- Bituminous primer shall be "TANK MASTIC" manufactured by "EMUFALTE" manufactured by M/s Texsa India Ltd. or equivalent ) (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymembric membrane of approved manufacturer 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fabric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note :- (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done torch on method or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (iii) APP based polymeric membrane shall be "MOPLY FP 3MM" manufactured by M/S Texsa India Limited or equivalent. (iv) Applying two coats of Aluminium paint over APP membrane.)

(NOTE: Earthwork & Excavation, GI pipe, bricks for protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule 'A').

Supply and lay dry river sand filling for under ground cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying sub class B bricks of size 25cmx12.5cmx7.5cm (+/-10% tolerance) for protection of UG cable with width equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection laid dry and flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for horizontal boring across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Removal of surplus soil shall be deemed to be include in the unit Rate. (ii) GI pipe will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'.

M&L for 40 mm bore steel tubing light grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay pipe galvanized, “Medium class”, including fittings 25 mm (1”) dia,complete with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Gun metal ,globe Gate Valves with iron wheel head of 25 mm dia bore complete with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core copper cable working voltage 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 with stranded copper conductor in and including PVC conduit of adequate size with all accessories (including cutting chases & making good the disturbed surface to its original specification) including MS sunk box, 3mm thick phylum sheet top cover fixed by means of brass machine screw and cap washer including size 1.5 sq mm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor connected to main switches/DB's or common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following :- (a) One socket out let 5/6 amps point on the same board complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 137.00 here-in-above but wiring with 2.5 sq mm single core multistranded copper conductor for one socket out let 15/16 amps point on the independent board complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of deluxe fan Electronic regulator AC 50 Hzs rotary step white/ivory finish complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of LED tube light fittings 1 x 18/20 watts energy efficient T5, 230 V incl 1x18/20 watt LED tube, epoxy powder coated CRCA sheet bipin holders, connector block etc, complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of LED street light luminaires 35/36 Watts IP 66 type incl standard fittings pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass housing with epoxy powder coated finish and , complete with Electronic driver and all accessories duly prewired and connecting to ceiling Rose with and including GI Pipe 40 mm dia light grade bend to required shape, clamps, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Sheet metal enclosure for 8 way Distribution Boards (DB’s), double door, single pole and neutral with 200 amps rated bus bar, IP-20 protection suitable for fixing MCB"S/isolators complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Gun metal ,globe Gate Valves with iron wheel head of 20 mm dia bore complete with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for cutting existing 40mm dia GI pipe alteration or addition of 20 dia bore for insertion of reducer Tee complete with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm bore steel tubing light grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of LT Panel/ Feeder pillar box/ Junction box from its position after demolition of foundation, disconnecting of all incoming/outgoing electrical cable connections and Shifting and Refixing of LT Panel/ Feeder pillar box/ Junction box of any type and size where as directed with and including painting with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer by using spray machine, including PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 as in foundation including necessary excavation, earth work and connecting all incoming and outgoing LT UG cables complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Straight through joint heat shrinkable suitable for LT UG Cable1100 Volt of size upto 50 sq mm with and including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.
