Note for Sl Item No : 3 to 10 : (i) Layout diagram of panel shall be produced by contractor for approval of Accepting Officer before placing order to manufacturer and panel shall be brought at site as per approved drawing. (ii) Contractor is required to submit purchase vouchers, e-way bill and test certificates while claiming payment of LT panels.

Disconnecting of AC and DC connections from existing bus bar of AMF panel (for repair), lubrication of mechanical parts, adjustment and calibration of complete Relays etc including checking parts, repair to control wiring with single core conductor of existing size as required at site for AMF Panel of any type, any make for satisfactory running including replacement of defective spare parts/items and re-assembling the same, re-connecting all AC / DC connections to make it functional including testing on existing load, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: 1. Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items as 'Supply only' and labour part are deemed to be included under this item. 2. Parts replaced shall be identical to those specified by original manufacture and as approved. 3. Parts of minor nature such as nuts, bolts, screws & washers required at site are deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

M & L in replacement for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcol dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connected by galvanised iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers connected to test termination point protected by 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The unit rate shall deemed to be include for GI water pipe, protection pipe, wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC, test point, GI strip 32 X 6 mm from top of earth plate upto 7.5 m. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, Elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) RCC pit cover shall be percast of RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/Sqm in liue of cast iron cover.

Material and Labour for inspecting and servicing of Oil cooled / air cooled servo controlled voltage stabilizer of 5 KVA, 415V, 50 Hz, three phase capacities installed at various locations within Air Force Station Halwara by cleaning the complete unit with suitable cleaning agent and checking the serviceability state of all the switchgears/ components such as variacs, ECC box, stepper motors, RC networks, control PCB, Carbon Brushes, sensing transformers, synchronising motor, drive gears etc complete and replacing the defective spare parts and testing for proper fuctioning, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Components / spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule 'A', as 'Supply only' however the the cost of suitable wires, lugs, nuts, bolts and washers required for control wiring shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material and labour for Filtration / dehydration of transformer oil of oil cooled servo voltage stabilizer of various capacities installed at various locations within Air Force Station with mobile type filtration plant to achieve di-electric strength of 30 KV for 1 minute at 2.5mm gap as per relevant IS including testing and recording the values of dielectric strength of oil before and after filtration at site with transformer oil testing machine, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Topping up of transformer oil into the body of servo controlled voltage stabilizer to the desired level, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of burnt winding from the unserviceable voltage stabilizer of any capacity,cleaning all the limbs, rewinding with supper enamelled wire of same weight, gauge etc of winding with suitable gauge by calculating number of turns as per voltage of voltage stablizer, varnishing and drying by vaccum impregnating, replacing insulating material, nuts,bolt etc including testing as per latest IS/BS specification to make it functional compete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for opening of all electrical connections from existing LT panel & unserviceable LT panel door from existing position/location, of any make & specifications any of capacity & transporting (To and Fro) to the authorised / approved workshop for repairs with opening of all mechanical parts from the LT panel inspecting the same to assess the repairs required, making the joint inventories of unserviceable items/parts to carryout the repair works, cleaning , greasing and overhauling of complete panel, re-assembling after repainting the entire panel connecting all electrical/mechanical connections, commissioning and testing the same, complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- (1) Any welding work reqd at site or at work shop, Rates for the same deemed to be included in quoated prices. (2) Transportation charges are included the cost of loading / unloading, Toll taxes etc and quoted rate shall deemed to be included fo this provision.
