Replacement of following type of cable end jointing with cast resin compound, including lugs and other jointing materials, for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor (armored) cable of 11KV grade i/c cutting, removing the existing faulty cable end termination wherever required etc. complete as required. (Note: Make of jointing kit- Denson/ Raychem or equivalent) a) Indoor Type Joint for cable-sizes 95sq.mm. to 240 sq.mm.

b) Straight through Joint for cable-sizes 95sq.mm. to 240sq.mm.

Dismantling the 1000 KVA oil type transformer from the foundation i/e dismantling of all incoming & outgoing connection ,bus trunking at LT side and HT site etc complete as reqd and keep it to out side the room. etc. complete as reqd.

Loading the 1000 KVA transformer in tempo with the help to chain pulley / Crain & heavy labour at Tel. Exchange & unloading at workshop from tempo i/c cartage from Tel. Exchange to workshop etc complete as reqd.

Loading the transformer in tempo with the help of chain pulley / Crain & heavy labour at workshop & unloading at Tel. Exchange Frame tempo i/c cartage from workshop to Tel. Exchange etc complete as reqd.

Opening of top and disconnecting all the connection from L. T. and H.T. side and opening of the tap charger , lifting the complete core brunt HT 11 KV copper coils of 3 phase, opening the LT strip winding of 3 phase for cleaning the old insulation etc complete as reqd.

Complete rewinding of 1000 KVA primary Delta and star secondary 11 KV / 415 volts oil filled transformer HT and LT side all 3 HT cores and 3 LT cores with suitable size copper strip / wire with H class insulation ,including dismantling the burnt winding of HT and LT sides cleaning the core, varnishing the new winding, heating, drying, testing commissioning complete in all respect etc complete as required with following test a) Megger Test, b) Ratio Test, c) Resistance Test d) Vector group test e) Magnetic balance Test f) Short Circuit Test g) No load Test.

Re assembling and installation the 1000 KVA oil type transformer after rewinding on the foundation i/e all incoming & outgoing connection , bus trunking at LT side and HT site etc complete as reqd and keep it to in side the room and on loading testing etc. complete as reqd.

Replacement of Transformer temperature relay with dismantling of brunt out temperature relay and wiring connection testing etc complete as required.

Replacement of power pack unit having input 220 Volt AC and output 24/48/110 Volt DC i/c. making inter connection suitable for existing HT system etc. complete as required.

Replacement of current transformer in existing 11KV HT panel having suitable CT ratio for protection and metering including testing wiring and installation in the existing H.T. panel including connections, testing and commissioning etc. complete as required as per site requirement.

Replacement of current transformer in existing LT panel, having suitable CT ratio up-to 2000/5 Amp for protection and metering, including testing, wiring, and installation in the existing LT Panel including connections, testing and commissioning etc. complete as required as per site requirement.

Servicing of 400Amp to 800Amp HT OCB / VCB complete with cleaning, alignment, adjustment of gaps between phase to phase, lubricating all moving parts, adjustment for smooth mechanical operation etc complete as required.

De-hydration of transformer oil with Filter machine at site to maintain the break down value, die electric strength of oil up to 50 KV including providing oil testing facility at site as reqd.

Replacement & filling the transformer oil, sealed pack drum including transportation charges etc. ( Make : M/S Power oil / Savita with ISI marked having 50KV R/C)

Testing and meggaring of 11 KV HT VCB, CT with p.c testing, insulation testing and rectification of moisture in bus bar, insulator, and H.T Cable box, Heating of complete C.T testing etc. complete as required.

Calibration of IDMT relay with secondary injection test set including cleaning servicing of contacts tightening of loose contacts testing repair etc. complete as required.

Servicing of 800 to 3200 Amp ACB Complete with cleaning, alignment, adjustment of gaps between phase to phase, lubricating all moving parts adjustment for smooth mechanical operation etc complete as required.

Checking & arresting at site for Oil Leakages from transformer of various ratings including (a) Dismantling of LT cable’s / Bus- Bar’s connections & dismantling of L.T. Bushing Rods. (b) Dismantling of Main Top cover / inspection window of Transformer. After draining of oil of Transformer into clean empty drums (as per requirement) c) Replacement of Cork rings set along with new Teflon rings of all phases for arresting oil leakages. d) Fixing of all terminals & Bus-bar’s connections & making adjustments. e) Replacement of cork gaskets, oil rings of inspection window side & Buckle relay side & pipe line also for arresting leakages, if any. f) Re-filling of oil into transformer & examining of leakages for improving breakdown value of oil complete as reqd.

Replacement, testing and commissioning of 4 pole, 50kA, 415V, Manual draw-out type air circuit breaker of following full-load current rating, in the existing LT/MV panel i/c carrying-out required modifications in the panel, in the associated incoming/outgoing bus bars of the panel for proper mounting & connections of the ACB, also providing suitable interlocking connections, control wiring, end terminations etc. complete as reqd as per the site requirement. (Make: L&T/ABB /Siemens / Schneider ) a) 630A to 1000 A

b) 1250A to 1600A

Servicing and cleaning of 200 to 630 KVA 11KV / 415 Volt Dry type transformer i/c flexible joint connection and checking temperature relay for its operation, tightening of HT/LT connection and adjustment of tripping, meggaring, high port testing, checking protection etc. complete as required.

Testing of Transformer including meggaring, high voltage test, IR value, balancing test, insulation testing and rectification of moisture in bus bar, insulator, in-coming, out-going and H.T Cable box, Heating of complete P.T, C.T testing etc. complete as required.

Replacement of Digital type, Ammeter up to 2500 Amp. Size 96 x 96 sq.mm, (Make: Trinity / L&T) etc. complete with wiring, connection, testing etc. complete as required.

Replacement of Digital type, Voltmeter up to 500 Volt, size 96 x 96 sq.mm, (Make: Trinity / L&T) complete with wiring, connection, testing etc. complete as required.

Replacement of LED type indication lamp with holder assembly 230 V AC / 24 DC / 48 V DC / 110 V DC, complete as required.

Replacement of Digital type, KV Meter size 96 x 96 sq. mm, (Make: Trinity / L&T) complete with wiring, connection, testing etc. complete as required.

Blowing off dust/dirt complete HT Panel 1 no, LT Panel 1No, Capacitor panel-2 Nos., Emergency Panel 1 No. and cleaning in site and out site tightening of all loose nut, bolt etc. as required.

Replacement of APFC Micro processer relay with calibration, testing etc. complete as required. (8 Stage-12 stage).

Providing and making of wiring for existing faulty capacitor panel with 10 Sqmm copper flexible wire and copper lugs testing etc complete as required.

Replacement of current transformer in existing 11 KV HT panel having suitable CT ratio for protection and metering including testing wiring and installation in the existing H.T. panel including connections, testing and commissioning etc. complete as required as per site requirement.

Supply and fixing of 11KV / 110V P.T including dismantling of existing burnout 11 KV / 110 V P.T with complete testing including NDMC Electrical Leb Testing Fee for all required test including HT / LT HRC fues as required.

Supplying, Laying and fixing of HT -11 KV, 3 core following size Aluminium Armored power cable i/c connection, Testing etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 2000 Amp Uro Load change over switch in exisiting panel including dismentling of 2000 Amp defective change over switch with wiring connection testing etc complete as required.

Fabrication supplying installing testing commissioning of 1600amps ,415 volts,4 wire aluminium ,sandwich design ,100 % neutral ,IP54,50 KA rating complete with earthing strips in all respect( as per site requirement)in between main bustrunking and AVR etc as reqd (Make M/S Godrej/ Henikwon) (a) Straight run feeder.

Fabrication supplying installing testing commissioning of 1600 amps ,415 volts, 4 wire copper felexible joint suitable for 1600 amps TP&N sandwich type compact busduct including testing commissioning as reqd. (Make M/S Godrej/ Henikwon)

Replacement of Vacuum interrupter bottle suitable for existing 11KV VCB of 400A/630A (Make: Alstom/ Kirloskar/ ABB/ Areva/ Crompton) including dismantling & removing existing faulty Vacuum interrupter bottle, making connections & high voltage testing etc. complete as required.

Replacement, installation and testing of 11 KV HT VCB mechanism and testing, meggaring etc complete as required.
