Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and all lift.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge: All kinds of soil.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. All kinds of soil.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the subgrade as per direction of E-I-C.

Dry brick pitching half brick thick in drains including supply of bricks and preparing the surface complete : With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying polythene sheet of 400 microns on the base course with overlaps of not less than 150mm both ways as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (only plan area will be measured for payment).

Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to ccelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

a. Foundations, footings, bases for columns

b. Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing compound for sealing of expansion joints in roads / pavements all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Using grade 'A' sealing compound conforming to IS: 1834.

Providing & fixing of frangible shelter made of 50 mm thick FRP/GRP panels with low smoke fire retardant Fibre reinforced PUF sandwich materials of density 40.0 kg/cum including 2 mm thick FRP/GRP laminates for walls & roof panels for housing NAV-AID/ILS equipments in operational area at the airport including design, fabrication, erection and commissioning at site as per drawing and specifications enclosed over a RCC platform including outside wall shall be painted in red & white PU paint of size 600 X 600 mm and inner walls & roof shall be of white ( RAL 9003 ). The rate is inclusive of all cost of material, labour , T &P , scaffolding , fixing / anchorage arrangements etc , consultant fees but excluding of GST etc. (Drawing,design & Frangibility certificate of frangible shelter / cubicals i/c foundation or base to be submitted after getting vetted and certified by IIT/ NIT or Govt. Engineering College ). Platform will be measured and paid seperately. a) size 8000 X 5000 mm and height 3000 mm & 3500 mm at lower point & at ridge point respectively with 02 (two) nos doors (refer drawing no. ILS/MOPIENSFRANGIBLE SHELTERS/2025 ) .

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in allcolours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gentlyand easily. Glazed vetrified tiles Antiskid finish of size : Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sq.m including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing & laying anti-static rubber mat of thickness 3mm as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. External work

a) 150 mm dia nominal bore

b) 100 mm dia nominal bore

c) 80 mm dia nominal bore

d) 50 mm dia nominal bore

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 12 mm cement plaster

Providing and laying Guide wire of dia 4mm as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30.

Demolishing Cement Concrete manually by Mechanical i/c disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In cement mortar

Providing and operating Hydraulic Excavator (3D) with driver and fuel to be deployed as per site requirement and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. External work (50mm to 150mm Dia nominal bore) G I Pipe will be supplied at site at free of cost)

Credit for Dismantling and taking away 02 (two) no’s existing frangible shelter of size approx 6300 x 3300 mm and height 3.5 (at ridge) at operational area NSCBI Airport, Kolkata (construction year 2009).
