Erection and removal of pendals for all festivals and Pournami Kalyanam in Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy Temple at Vontimitta, Kadapa District for the year 2026-27

Hire charges for providing Rain proof shelters of different spans with clear height of 14' at the ends and suitable height at centre with central unsupported span of ranging 30' to 60'. The shelter shall be provided with adequate MS girders, trusses, purlins, bracings, tie rods, anchorages, bolts & nuts etc., suitably designed with necessary anchors to the ground to withstand heavy wind and rain. The shelter shall be firmly tied with cross anchors at all required places using MS strands etc., using necessary bolts, nuts, etc., The entire roof shall be covered suitably with GI sheets/Aluminium sheets/Galvalume sheets firmly fixed to the purlins etc., with necessary bolts/screws, washers etc., so as to have perfect rain proof roof. Covering shall be made such that the shelter shall be totally rain proof during heavy rains and the rain water shall be properly drained off (This rate is applicable when structure is provided using roof trusses.)

Hire charges for Providing White ceiling cloth for decorating the pendals and Mandapam with necessary frame work with decorative frills (jallars) around and border and decorative frills (jallars) at the centre with red or green colour or any other attractive colour wherever necessary etc., complete as directed during execution. The ceiling cloth should be pure white in colour and with out any patches and preferably new or neatly washed and should be in good condition through out the Festival or Ustvam period and should be removed after the same is over and should be repaired or replaced as and when tornout by any means including due to rain with out any extra cost .The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete. The rate quoted is including all taxes except Service tax). The rate is for below mentioned calendar days. Note:If, there is any deviation in the usage of good quality of cloth effecting the pleasing appearance and if the contractor fails to rectify it as per the directions of Engineer in charge, a penalty will be imposed by the Engineer in charge.

Hire charges for erection and removal of MS pipes Pendals with MS pipes 40 mm dia for veridical, horizontals bracings and roofing. The pendals are firmly fixed with bracings and with necessary frame work/rope etc., and the roof covered with thick white ceiling cloth along with all round frills (jallars) including anchoring to the ropes to the ground with suitable anchoring and necessary watch and ward against theft and fire accidents and incidental charges etc. complete as directed during execution. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials (Transportation charges) and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . The rate is for below mentioned calendar days.(The rate for pendals will be paid as per area of pendals measured on covering plan area). Note:- If, there is any deviation in the usage of good quality of cloth effecting pleasing appearance and if the contractor fails to rectify it as per the directions of Engineer in charge, suitable penalty shall be imposed by the Engineer-in-Charge. * The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies.

Hire charges for providing & fixing of good quality GI sheets ( 22 to 26 gauge) (plain or corrugated ) sheets to the available frame work for roof or sides for function/festival pendals.The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . Hire charges for erection and removal of barricading with MS pipes at required places with MS pipes of 40mm diameter using 2.45 m long verticals and 3 to 6 metres horizontals. The barrication provided suchthat it shall be 2m above ground level and 0.45 m pipe embedded in the ground with necessary earth work excavation in all soils up to 0.45m to 0.60 m depth (except rock requiring chiselling). The Horizontals shall be in 3 rows one at 0.50 metres from bottom and balance two rows at 0.70 metres intervals leaving top gap of 0.10 m to 0.15 m and using vertical pipes at a spacing of 2.40 mts to 2.70 mts using special type gripper clamps ("Nandu" clamps) for keeping the both horizontal and vertical intact and joining pins for horizontals. The barrication shall be strongly fixed without any shaking including providing inclined struts wherever necessary including labour charges for all the operations such as loading unloading erection, removal etc., including conveyance charges to site (both ways ) and removing the same after completion of the festival and taking away the material etc., duly refilling the pits and levelling the surface etc., complete as directed during the execution. All the clamps shall be covered with rubber sheet for safety, so as to avoid exposure of sharp edges.The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete. Hire charges for colour carpets including cost of charges for spreading and folding after completion of the Festival/ Function etc., as directed during execution. Hire charges for erection and removal of digital design flex boards with back support of frame work made with 25mm x 25mm M.S. square pipe (light weight) and to erect boards at specified places as directed by the department. The rate is including cost of required materials, labour for printing, erection and removal of square pipe (light weight) after completion of function complete as directed during execution.

Hire charges for Supply and erection of digital design flex banner with required material like threads and sticks etc., to erect specified place as directed by the department. The cost is including material, labour for printing, erection and removal after completion of the function etc complete as directed during execution.

Hire charges for 1 day of erection and removal of side curtains with white / colour design cloth and required frame work including using necessary bolts, nuts, etc., complete. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete .The rate is for below mentioned calendar days. Hire charges for engaging a tractor for conveyance of pendals meterials including loading, unloading incidental charges etc., complete as directed during execution.

Hire charges for 3 days for providing temporary seating Gallery using MS square pipe 3"x2" for vertical and horizontal tiers with necessary laterals and longitudinal to form 5 tier Gallery with a rise of 1'-4" for the first tier & 1'-0" for the remaining risers. Each tread shall be 4'-0" in the form of crate system and all the crates shall be installed 8'-0" centre to centre and along with "x"bracing to avoid jerk or sway in any manner duly fixing suitable plywood of 12 to 18 mm for riser and tread with bolt and nuts.The rate quoted is including conveyance loading ,unloading of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete .The rate is for below mentioned calendar days* The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies.

Supply of Man Mazdoors for attending emergencies during functions

Dismantling AC or GI sheet roofing including ridges, rafters and purlines etc and carefully usefull for reuse

Hire charges for 1 day erection and removal of temporary Dias at a height of 60 cms to 120 cms (2' 0" to 4' 0") from the floor/Ground level using MS pipe vertical supports with adjustable jockey and four sides supporting MS pipe bracing and top covering 19mm ply wood laid on M.S pipes frame work and should be made with out undulation. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete .

Hire charges for supply, spreading and removing of PVC chairs including loading and unloading. The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward, against theft and fire accidents, repairs and replacement etc., complete during the said period. Rate is including all taxes, Transportation etc., complete. *The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies.

Hire charges for erection and removal of barricading with M.S. frames made with MS hallow square tubes. The barrication provided such that it shall be 1.20m height above the ground level and fixed to the ground (Earth/CC road/B.T road )with base anchors made with MS angle/channels true to alignment. The barrication shall be strongly fixed without any shaking including providing inclined struts wherever necessary including labour charges for all the operations such as loading, unloading ,erection, removal etc., including conveyance charges to site both ways)and removing the same after completion of the festival and taking away the material etc., complete as directed during the execution -do- for 05 days .

Note : The following conditions are applicable for all the above sl.no.1 to 16 items. Erection should be completed before two days of Festival/ Utsavam as directed during execution for Pendals, Barrication and Dias.

Suitable tying arrangements shall be made such that the pendals/shelters laid shall withstand heavy wind & rain.

Proper slopes shall be maintained for smooth drainage of rain water.

The shelter provided shall be capable to support necessary illumination, PA system, decoration work, display TVs etc.,

The agency shall allow the electrical / flower decoration/ PA system etc., over the shelter/barrication/ ceiling cloth etc., without any extra cost.

Adequate watch and ward shall be provided by the agency at his cost and dept. will not be responsible for any loss due to thefts/accidents etc.,

The rain proof shelters provided shall be leak proof.
