Providing and Fixing Acoustic Door of 50 mm having an STC rating upto 40. The Door to be fitted with high Acoustic material of 02 layers of 2mm ISO shield water proof Acoustic ply and compressed insulation. Door frame to be made of Teak wood. Door Panelling & framing made out of 75mm x 200/250mm. Frame on all three sides and drop seal below to be provided along with the door. High load bearing hinges (04 Nos) to be provided. Fitted with all Acoustic door accessories - Door Handle 10" (02 nos), Door closer (01 no), L-drop (01 no.) in each door. Ant- termite treatment has to be provided.
Providing and fixing "Acoustic Windows" made of Glass filled with Argon Gas of 10-16-8mm. Glass panels joints and sides to be sealed with acoustic Silicon sealent in window panelling and window framing
Vinyl Flooring
Providing and fixing good quality 6mm acoustic "Vinyl Flooring" in the Studio and Control room floor
