SPECIAL REPAIR FOR REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING RCC POLE AT NSB

Schedule 'A'

Dismantling of existing U/S PCC/Struts pole of any size & type from its position carefully and removing from the site and necessary excavation and earth work in any soil/strata, demolation of complete concrete from its base foundation, disconnection of conductor/wires/cables/street light brackets/street light of any type fom pole etc. complete all as directed. Note : (a) Old street light fittings retreived shall be deposited to E/M store (b) The rate quoted shall also be deemed to include the cost for making good the existing surface after removal of old poles/debris.

Supply and errect 9 mtr octagonal pole hot dip galvanised conforms to BS EN - ISO 1461, top -70-bottom 155 mm – 3 mm thickness ,shaft material hot rolled steel plate conform to IS 2062/BSEN 10025 or equivalent , Flange /Gussets /Door stiffener as per IS -2062/bsen 10025 or equivalent grade , Foundation bolt EN8 grade including 1.5 MTR SINGLE ARM BRACKET, FOUNDATION BOLT M24x750 MM J TYPE Including necessary foundation and coping all as per OEM specification/drawings complete all as specified and as directed also including provision of the followings:- (a) MCB,SP,10A,230V, C series, 10KA mounted on and including 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet-06No. (b) 4 way connector, bolt type having locking arrangement, weather proof and water proof control space : 01 No. Notes: (a) The rate quoted shall also be deemed to include the cost for provision of 50mm bore PVC pipe from cable trench to centre of the pole concrete of the pole concrete. (b) The rate quoted shall also be deemed to be inclusive of providing necessary foundation and coping all as per OEM Specifications/approved drawings Make:- Bajaj/Utkarsh or equivalent as approved by GE

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 120 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete

S& F in replacement XLPE insulated armoured and pvc sheated heavy duty electric cable size 4 core ,16 Sqmm cross sectional area with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade as per IS 7098 (Part-1) 1988 with latest amendment laid in trenches/duct passing through pipes including fixing with necessary clamps testing complete note- rate is inclusive of cable gland & cable lugs Make- Havells/FINOLEX/CCI/KEI/POLYCAB

Excavation in trenches in hard /dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, RCC poles/stays and struts etc and getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface all as specified and directed at site.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested , all as specified and directed at site

Removing excavated surplus soil (Soft/hard soil) obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting the existing PCC floor/road/foot path not exeeding 15cm width,30 cm depth for laying of UG cable/protection of pipe all as directed.

M & L for PCC type B1,1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and directed.
