Demolition of brick work above GL upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of un-serviceable material within 20 m lead in cement mortar.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work lift up to 1.5m stacking the exacavated soil not more than 3m clear from the edge of exacavtion and returning the stacked soil in 15cm layer, when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidated each of all surplus excavated earth at approval dumping site within the leads and lifts as directed by engineer incharge. Pick and jumper work 50 % each

Providing and laying cenent concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand:12 graded stone aggregate 40mm NS) and curing complete excluding cost of form work foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30*30*5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plinth concrete in vertical surfaces such as wll etc.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ stone masonary for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles. Chamfers or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement, 5 sand)

P/F anodized aluminium work for door, windows, ventilators & glazed partition frames with excruded built up standard tubular & other section of approved make confirming to IS 733 & IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with raw plugs and screw or with fixing clips etc. complete as per architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

For doors windows and ventilators and glazed partitions frames.

Fro shutters abnd doors windows and ventilators including p/f hinges/pivots and making provisions for fixing of fittings where ever required includng the cost of PVC/neoprene gaskets as required (fittings and glazing/ panelling shall be paid for separately)

P/F glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partition etc. with PVC/ neoprens gasket etc. complete as per drawing with glass panes of 4 mm thickness ( Weight noty less than 10 Kg per Sqm.)

P/L 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impact resistant heavy duty vertified tiles Nitco or equivalant of size upto 600*600 mm of specified shade in floors, treads of steps and landings laid on a bed of 12 mm thick cement mortar 1: 3 (1 cement, 3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer.

Excavation in earth work and filling in 15cm layers in foundations and plinth i/c ramming, watering and consolidating upto a lead of 20mtr and lift upto 1.50mtr with antiweed treatment (Pick work)

P/L cement concrete work 1:5:10 (1 cement, 5 sand, 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm NS) with 15 % plum & curing complete excluding the cost of formwork in retaining walls/ Breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150 mm to 300 mm as per HPPWD specifications.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors i/c watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete

Construction of Open Brick type Trench

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm thick (unconsolidated bed dry brick/stine aggregated 40mm nominal size will rammwed and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powered materials

P/L in trentches GI pipe 150 mm dia nominal hole (medium Grade) earth work to be measured and paid for separately.
