Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces including cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on walls including cleaning the floor/joinery surfaces, glass pans, all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but one coat of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 1 above but two coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified.

Complete removal of exiting treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint including preparation of surface complete, all as specified.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering or plastering for work in isolated width or in widths not forming part of general plastering, such as in bands, sunk panels, cornices, skirting, drip moulds, chajjas, roof projection and similar work exc 15 cm but n.exc 30 cm in width or girth, including cutting to edges, reinforcement, RCC and necessary form work as per site requirement, all mitres and stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry cement concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including takingdown old plaster, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on other than fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry or cement concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including takingdown old plaster, all as specified.

Applying two coats of oil bound distemper on newly plastered or previously undecorated wall surfaces including preparation of surface, tint and shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Applying two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered or previously undecorated wall surfaces including preparation of surface, tint and shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge.
