Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roof including segregating and stacking serviceable brick tiles and removal of unserviceable brick tiles / brick bats and rubbish outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing bitumen felt roof treatment including cement mortar bedding layer, roughening the surface, cleaning the surface and removing rubbish off the premises i.e MOD land, and applying neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg per Square metre, complete all specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced), of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for and removal of debris outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in coping, roof kerb, mud stops, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates,benching, water trough etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, as in roof padding, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, on concrete surfaces, finished even and fair,including provision of applying neat cement slurry and cleaning , sweeping, washing down the surface to remove loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment of RCC roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30litre/Sqm, including preparation of roof surfaces (b) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/sqm), with properties of high penetration and centre core consisting of 90 micron high molecular high density polyethylene ( MHHDPE) film consisting of five layers, duly sealed at over laps (100mm side lap and 150 mm end lap ) & joints with flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 7 hereinbefore but on vertical surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:6) using grey cement and grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement laid on concrete roof, complete all specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 9 here-in-before (but except brick tiles), complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Old serviceable ties as obtained from Serial item No 1 here-in-before shall be reused. (ii) The cost of cleaning and washing of brick tiles for re-use, shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

Material and labour for cutting groove in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep, for inserting APP membrane and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3), and removal of rubbish outside defence land complete all as specified and directed

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity exceeding 250 ltrs but not exceeding 500 ltrs, draining out of water, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair/cleaning and removing accumulated sluge/dirt scales from tank bottom, side and from mouths of circulating pipes of service tanks located on roof of building and disinfecting the tank using bleaching powder to make the tank bacteria free, writing by stencil date of cleaning of tank with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground "Cleaned on (date)" height of words 100mm, and hoisting if required, refixing and reconnecting in position after cleaning complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and fixing/hoisting, rotational moulded polyethylene (HDPE) water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), 500 litres capacity ‘triple layered’, hoisted and fixed in position including inlet, outlet and drain pipe with plug, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) bends any radius with rubber rings, fixed to walls with suitable clamps as in rain water pipes of 110mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down existing steel water tubing and connections, 15 mm bore for re-fixing or removing from site to store for reuse or credit, including taking down standard fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Uprooting completely natural vegetation /plants, stems of trees (upto 30 cm girth), grown up on wall, parapets or in roof and making good the damaged/disturbed portion and filling holes in cement mortar 1:3/PCC 1:2:4 to match with the existing surface, complete all as specified directed.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, staging etc. and removal of rubbish outside MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with using subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, etc, any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include to necessary scaffolding etc.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement based paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing stop cock, cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down high pressure, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions 20 mm bore, fixed as in repair, including removal of old to store for reuse or for credit, complete all as specified and directed.
