M&L for Vitrified ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square or rectangular) polished, area of each tile n exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured of cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 including dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450x300x7mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in same colour grout to match including rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 for receiving wall tiles and dismantling of existing tile complete all as directed.
