S/R to RD road to Ghistikhole_Road for the year 2026-27

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass,bushes,shrubs,saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 mtrs including removal & disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including all labour, T & P, Cess, articles required for the work etc complete and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC Grade-III size granite metal to WBM specification compacting to 75mm including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing roling with three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming requisite type of screeming/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoRST&H specification for Road and Bridge work (4th Revision) including cost of all materials, labour conveyance, Cess etc compelte as per direction of EIC

Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying @ 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.30 Kg per Sqm on the prepared WBM/WMM surface and cleaned with mechnial broom as per technical specification Clause 503 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete of 13.2mm to 5.6mm crusher stone chipping and with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade,level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specification for road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with cost,conveyance, royality including cost of all labour,T & P articles including cost, conveyance, royality, DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Charges, Cess, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow ptis with all lead and lifts transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5Kms spreading,grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirements of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MOSRT & H specification including royalty charges and cost of all materials labour charges,machineries, T & P cess etc required for the work complete as per direction of E.I.C

Earthwork in excavatgion of foundation work in hard soil or gravelly soil within initial lead of 50m and initial lift of 1.5mtr including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying layers not exceeding 0.30M in depth to proper profile with cost conveyance taxes of all materials royalty , DMF EMF & Addl. charges of royalty including cost of labour T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing supplying filling in foundation and plinth with fine course sand in required thick layers free from organic and materials, well watered and rammed including all cost conveyance, royality ncluding cost, conveyance, royality, DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Charges, taxes and all Labour, cess, T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only)

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of M-15 of controlled quality having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) of 150Kg/Cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using hard crusher broken granite materials of 40mm size and down graded consistence with strength of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 4 weeks, centering shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth with cost, conveyance royalty, DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Charges of roaylty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P & cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in- charge.
