Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, in soil, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated spoil/materials to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured for payment purposes.

Supply and laying bricks, common burnt clay, sub class "B', old size, laid in vertical direction to cable as cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core, suitable for 1.1 KV earthed system, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc, including connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work, cable cover protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing, 50mm bore, light grade, on poles/on walls/under floors/ road crossing as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note : Clamps. Nuts bolts, saddle etc will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Eco friendly silent diesel engine driven generating set silent DG set AC for automatic starting on mains failure to give an output of 50 KVA at 415 volts, 3 phase 50 cycle per second 4 wire 0.8 power factor, required BHP, noise level as per CPCB norms complete with diesel engine water cooled mounted on a common base plate with floor mounted and fuel tank including earth work in PCC foundation with vibration pads and other accessories and comprising of the following:- A.ENGINE :- Diesel driven 4 cylinder water cooled 1500 RPM suiltable alternator 50 KVA under NTP condition, governing class as per ISO 3046, 10% over loading for 1 hour in 12 hour running. i) Fly wheel to suit coupling. ii) Flexible coupling with guard bolt and nuts. iii) Oil type air cleaner. iv) Radiator with guard and fins and radiotor fins. v) Fuel pump complete with fuel injectors. vi) Governor vii) Fuel filter viii) Lubricating Oil filter. ix) Self starter x) Exhaust silencer with pipe. xi) Instrumental panel complete with the following :- a) Self starting key and switch b) Lubricating oil pressure guage. c) Battery charging alternator. d) Hours meter amd Ampere meter e) Temperature Guage.

B. Alternator:- It shall be self excited, self regulated, balanced type for 415 Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz 50 KVA or nearest in higher size 1500 RPM star connected 4 wire, protection, IP23 drip proof screw protected self ventilated enclosure as IS: 4722/BS:2613 with drip proof enclosure with damper winding on pole faces, static automatic and hand voltage regulator to provide regulation ± 1 % from no load to full load power factor and insulation as per standard practice. C.AMF CONTROL PANEL :- Fabricated out of suitable CRCA sheet cubical type mounting in Acoustic enclosure, state of the art compact micro processor based fully configurable operating with the following:- i) AC Voltmeter of suitable range ii) AC Amps meter of suitable range iii) Power factor meter iv) Frequency meter v) Aluminium Bus Bar of suitable capacity vi) MCCB capacity of 100A 3 pole vii) Suitable size of contactors and Auto/Manual switch. D. Baterry :- Starting battery 12 volts 90/100 Ah. Suitable rating maintenance free with copper lead of suitable length with lugs 01 set and brass terminal placed on angle iron standard frame. E. Base Plate :- Base plate of MS Channel fabricated and wleded duly ribbed suitable for mounting alternator along with coupling and tray. F. PCC :- PCC founadtion shall be as per manufacturer drawing/design G. Battery charger 12 volts suitable for charging 01 no. battery

H. Supply and fixing including assembly the above DG set in high quality acoustic enclosure of suitable dimension as per manufacturer recommedation.The enclosure shall ne designed on modern construction having surface treatment like degreasing, pickling, phosphate, passivation and powder coating finished. The acoustic insulation shall be of high quality, high density. The enclosure shall be provided with the follwoing:- i) Acoustic enclosure must have center lifting arrangement ii) High temp safety for enclosure iii) Special lockable doors iv)EDPM qulaity gasket v) Engine and alternator shall be mounted through AVM pads on a common channel iron fabricated base frame to rest gross weight of DG set unit. vi) Noise level of 75 DB at 1 mtr distance controlled by providing specially designed to control the sound at air entry exist of the enclosure. Note:-(i) The components i.e engine, alternator, panel etc of all the DG sets shall be procured from the OEM (ii) Before delivery of DG set the inspection of the DG set shall be carried out at the workshop of OEM be the rep of the accepting officer, necessary arrangement for inspection shall be done by contractor. (iii) Engine and alternator of same make shall be preferred in case both are being maunufactured by the same manufacturer or alternator as recommended to use by the manufacturer shall be allowed. No price adjustment on this account shall be made and No misunderstanding on this account shall be entertained at later. Contractor quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for this aspect. (iv) The emission standard parameters of DG Set should meet as per specified in "The Gazette of India" bearing No 595 dt 11 Dec 2013 (v) Rates quoted are deemed to be included foundation of DG set as approved by OEM. No extra payment for foundation will be paid to Contactor.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6.00mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 32x6 mm GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 40mm bore (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI pipe (light grade) for watering and 40mm bore GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, cast iron cover and frame etc, complete, all as specified or indicated and as directed including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC.
