Hiring of HEMM for Removal and Transportation of 831.90 L.Cum of OB Extraction and Transportation of 213.50 L Te of Coal and Re handling of 451.00 L.Cum OB at Mohanpur Expansion OC patch Phase II under Salanpur Area

Excavation in OB in all kinds of soil including mixed soil, mixed hard soil i.e. clay/ soil mixed with pebble., moorum, hard moorum, soil mixed with laterite /stone boulders etc. and rock, soft or hard at any depth by mechanical means including drilling, using suitable blast hole drilling machine, Charging and blasting ( blasting shall be done by Deptt. free of cost. Supply of explosives, detonators & related materials will be made available by ECL and the services of statutory supervisory personnel as required for the work will be provided as and when considered necessary by the management free of cost ) as required at any depth and loading by mechanical means including pumping out water & discharging the same to the nearest Drainage system & removal of slushy earth and slurry as required, transporting and unloading mechanically and disposed off either by (a) dumping outside the working zone in proper manner on the land arranged by the colliery or (b) directly back filling of the excavated area in proper layer or (c) filling of subsided area / voids in the adjoining area outside the working zone in operation or as perdirection of colliery official in proper gradient including dozing, the job involves making access trench / haul road as required for excavation operation and for transportation of excavated materials etc. all complete as per direction of Project Officer/ Agent. (Payment shall be made for finished work on the basis of pre-work and post-work level section measurement of excavation. All measurements of O.B. removed will have to be certified by Colliery Surveyor , Manager and Project Officer / Agent. Joint check measurement on quarterly / half yearly basis shall be done as per bid document). Carriage lead 2-3 KM.

Re-handling from the existing dumped overburden obtained by Excavation of the mine (all kinds of Soil & Rock) operation, transporting mechanically to site of filling including loading, unloading & spreading the same in proper manner as required all by mechanical means, top surface neatly dressed including making road as required for this job for transportation etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Project Officer / Agent. (Payment shall be made for lower of the assessed quantity on the basis of pre-work and post-work level section measurement of filling zone/cutting zone. Measurement is to be certified by Colliery Surveyor, Manager, Project Officer / Agent. Joint check measurement on quarterly / half yearly basis shall be done as per bid document). Carriage lead 0-1 KM.

(Colliery authority will establish a permanent benchmark at the quarry site and surface contouring at suitable intervals in consultation with Area authority, Hq. Survey Deptt.. All measurement are to be carried out in relation to the benchmark.)
