Construction of road from Amrudi to Lauposh under DMF in the district of Sundargarh for the year 2025-26

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 mtr outside the periphery of the area and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per specification and as per the direction of Engineer -in charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by manual means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)and as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause of MORD and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing granular sub-base using moorum CBR value not less than 20 & PI value not more than 6 mix with required proportion of sand of approved quality including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes including cost of T&P articles required for the work etc. complete & labour for spreading moorum in layers not exceeding 23cm. thickness watering & compacting to the requried density at OMC with power road roller including cost & carriage of water, all T&P articles with hire & running charges of machineries such as PRR etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer- in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Construction of Un-reinforced,plain cement concrete pavement M-30 grade over a prepared sub base with 43 grade using brande cement @ 350 kg per cum,coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, spread, compacted finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, finishing to lines and grages as per drawing and as per Clause 602 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge Works and as per as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MOSRT&H including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying tack coat with penetration grade of bitumen emulsion (RS) of 0.20 Kg per Sqm after scraping cleaning the road surface including cost, conveyance royalty of all materials, T&P labour, hire charges of machinaries etc. complete as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MOSRT&H and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with 100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH spefn. clause No. 508 complete.
