Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Water Cooled Chiller/Package AC units (Qty - 3 nos.) in Old MCC room of CP-II at Rourkela Steel Plant

• The bidder shall be OEM of Water Cooled Chiller units for Air conditioning system or authorized system house/ channel partner/ dealer of the OEM. In case the bidder is not an OEM, Bid specific authorization from the OEM to be submitted by the bidder.

• The bidder should have successfully completed supply, erection and commissioning of at least One no. of Chiller plant system of Capacity - 40 TR or higher rating in any Central / State Government Organization / PSU / Joint Venture Company where at least one (1) of the partners shall be Central / State Government Organization or PSU / Public Limited Company in India as a Contractor or as a sub-contractor during last Seven (7) years from the date of NIT.

• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March’2025 should not be less than Rs.1.0 crores. Net worth of the bidder should be positive as on 31.03.2025
