OD215386/2023-2024:Designing dual media through central/state Govt. Institution-Designing of dual media filter including under drainage system and air scouring system so that uniform back washing and uniform air scouring is obtained through uniform distribution of back wash water and compressed air, without any loss of the dual layer filter media and to attain the maximum efficient back wash and air scouring. (The dual media filter bed has to be designed considering the various parameters like raw water characteristics, desired rate of filtration, required filtrate quality etc. The design shall include calculation of depth of different media, considering the parameters like effective size and uniformity coefficient of the media, settling velocities of the media etc. The underdrain system and air scouring system shall be designed to avoid shooting up of lighter anthracite when air scouring is done. The design shall avoid interface chocking caused by mixing up of different layers at the interface in dual media filter beds.)

OD191563/2022-2023:Supply of Anthracite(Anthracite with Minimum 90% Carbon Content) for the required quantity as per design, properly graded and tested by the supplier specifying the source of material and quality commensurate to the following specifications.Sp.Gravity:1.45- 1.55,uniformity coefficient-1.5,bulk density-0.73-0.75 T/m3,Hardness-3MOH,Hard grove:44- 55,carbon content:>90% above,Ash-3-4%,Volatile-5-7%,solubility-1.5% in 10%HCI/10% NaOH for 24 Hrs certification including all cost ,taxes,conveyance to site,loading&unloading etc. complete.(The contractor must submit the test certificate of Anthracite from State Govt /India Govt lab/ Institution to ensure the above-mentioned-Technical Circular No.KWA/JB/TMU/4659/2021 Dated 17.03.2021 latest.

100.55.5:Removing filter media from the filter beds without making any damages to the existing structures and back manifolds and stacking at a safe and convenient place for segregation process and as per the directions of the department officers etc. complete.

OD191477/2022-2023:Repair/Alteration of the under drain system by replacing all damaged pipes with suitable arrangements and providing all additional mechanisms and fixtures required according to the design of multi layer filtering system etc complete-As per the direction of departmental officers.

OD191483/2022-2023:Modification/alteration of the existing backwashing system comprising of compressed air/ blower and clear water providing new air scouring system, using 32 mm or suitable size pvc (10 kg/cm2) pipes and specials, providing new pressure regulating valves or such other mechanisms and fixtures required according to the design of multi-layer filter media backwashing operations complete.

OD191488/2022-2023:Laying anthracite/sand / 2 to 3.5 mm grit in the filter box carefully over higher size pebbles layer (43 cm thick )already laid so that the dual media interfaced is properly formed for maximum filter efficiency and longer life of filter media .Each layer should be laid without disturbing the lower layer already laid and ensuring uniform thickness for each layer and each media and as per the direction of the departmental officer

100.55.3:Supplying of 20 to 40 mm pebble (pebbles shall be hard, clean, free from clay, dust and other impurities), stacking in standard heaps for measurement including cost, conveyance up to 5 km and labour charges for stacking, spreading, testing and as per directions of the department officers etc. complete and as per CPHEEO specification.

OD191523/2022-2023:Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-30 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve work ability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.“(Note:-Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.“ Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). Providing M-30 grade concrete instead of M-25 grade BMC/RMC. (Note:- Cement content considered in M-30 is @340 kg/cum). no Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer’s specification.-above plinth level.
