The comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the Data Center Rittal Non IT equipment should guarantee support for below mentioned equipment at the site. This service should also ensure the availability of highly trained service engineer team for preventive or breakdown maintenance and Technical Assistance. The scope of the AMC should cover unlimited parts replacement of the failed/faulty items determined to be defective as a result of normal usage. The contract should also contain systematic and well planned preventive maintenance once in three months. The preventive maintenance should cover the following : • Checking the functioning of all LCPs LCP fans, Racks, CMCs, Chillers, Chiller Pumps, UPS • LCP water inlet and outlet pipe leakage checking • Chiller water inlet and outlet pipe leakage checking • Checking of pressure and temperature gauge • Checking of Microprocessor/control boards of chillers. • Checking of the proper functioning of Chiller Sequencing. • Checking of Chiller setpoint entered according to the site load conditions • Leaks/faults from chiller pipes and other accessories • Voltage checking of UPS battery bank • All Equipment cleaning List of Data Center Rittal Non IT Equipment a) Racks and accesaries - 2 Nos. b) LCP - 5 Nos. c) Automatic door control module - Set d) Zeta Echos 1.8 chiller - 2 Nos. e) CMC-III system set - 2 Nos. f) Chiller pumps - 2 Nos. g) Piping - Set. h) 40 KVA UPS Systems - 3 Nos.
